I was on this swap a LOONG time ago - one of the first originals with you.

I am amazed at your dedication to have kept it going so long!!! An incredible accomplishment!

I am hoping to hop back on this swap again. But my dates are currently 'early' by another user. I will keep checking back to see if they open up as I know you don't want PM's or official requests because I am SURE it is way too much to sort through.

So I'll be back on here checking often for the next little while. Hoping that 1/8/12 - 1/15/12 opens up for me.

Even if I don't end up back with you - BRAVO! And I hope the life of this swap continues! Good luck!

Hi Byrmolmom! Yep, it was the 2 of us who got this party started! I never thought it would be going on 5 years later or that I would get to use it 6 times myself (6th time in 17 days!) plus letting my sister use it this past May as well.

While I don't keep a back up list I will keep you in mind if your dates open up. It's the least I can do for one of the "Originals"! Good luck.

ADDED-I just looked at the info for LaLa and they are doing POP before a cruise so they probably won't be changing their minds, but you never know.

Doing a little housekeeping, well disboards style! I cleaned up my PMs and sent some of them to my Fridge info folder and deleted a lot so I know have lots of PM space. Copied the names of all the known swappers starting with me for a new list to put on the fridge. It basically says "If your name isn't on this list and you're not a part of the Dizneydaz swap, please return the fridge to Luggage Services-you got the wrong one!

Been busy sending out lists of the menus for the F&WF that I made from the official brochure. Printable and easy to read. Ready to mark which items you want to try!

Swap is going well. Make sure that before you leave you have asked for, and received, my contact info so you can let me know all is well and you have the fridge. Remember I won't be online from 10/7 noonish to 10/19 a.m. I may have limited WiFi while at WDW but mostly only if I find a free Wi Fi location I can use while driving around. I won't be paying $10/day for internet service.

No sorry. As you can see on page one, first post it isn't. In fact I myself will be using it starting around midnight on the 7th. (it will be unused for about 24 hours before that but it's really not worth it to get it for one day so I don't allow 1 night swaps.)

With free dining the Fall is a very popular time for my little fridge. I already have one person signed up to use it in Oct. 2012.

Got a PM from kelemvor the other day that they got the fridge. They did report that the box is already showing signs of wear. I'm surprised since it's only been with us a few months. I will be bringing some duct tape with me to put on the box. If anyone going before me wants to do so, please do. Duct tape is the best choice (any color is fine). Some of the other types of tape don't really stick well and last year I removed a lot of clear tape that lost most of it's stickness. I then covered almost the entire box in gray duct tape.

In just about 11 days we will be on our way to the airport on our way to WDW. Almost the single digit dance!

Just a reminder if are going in the next month or so you should already made contact/arrangements with your fellow swappers and let me know. And you should have my contact info as well.

That's right, only 8 more days until we are jetting towards WDW! I've already done my online check in and I'm ready to fax over my room request on Monday.

Another swap is scheduled for 10/1 and then the next swap is me (actually picking up at LS)

Oh, and I added another day to my POP stay. We are getting in about 11 p.m. on the 7th and should arrive at POP around 12:30-1 a.m. We decided to stay at POP that first night (morning actually) and not have to change rooms as well as getting 6 more SC and 6 more CS!

FYI, I just scored a smokin hot deal on Virgin America for $99 each way from LAX to MCO... Nonstop, ohhhhh yeah!

That's awesome! My DSis and her DH flew Virgin in May and my DNephew (DLR CM) just flew them last week for a short WDW trip. Non-stop is nice. I checked Virgin for our trip but it wasn't that cheap. I think it was about $300 plus pay for bags.

I think the swapper before you may be staying longer. I'll have to check.

Going to DLR in a few hours. DD goes off track today. Haven't checked out the Halloween decor yet plus I have some DV M'nG coupons that expire 10-1 that I need to use.
