Oh poor thing! Did he acknowledge buying it? Did you try logging out and back in? I would contact them. My dd has the sled stuck in the door of one of her rooms. It's so frustrating that there are so many bugs in their system. Kids don't understand when stuff like that happens.

She is staring to feel better about it, but I think I would like to contact them and see what they say. Right now it won't let me on, and it kicked me off shortly after. The diamond was not in her box.

She is starting to feel better about the whole situation. Glad to here there are more. It was just such a let down for her. She said the dog stole her diamond. We had a talk about how we have to be careful in real life too because people can take things. This is why we lock the doors. Ah life lessons on the internet.

Its on the main page click on help. then click on customer support on the side.then click on I Keep Getting an Error Message. Next click on did you see a differnt error message. IT will open into a nice form that will allow you to contact webkinz.
Dont expect much, I bought two rooms once and it took my cash and NEVER gave me my rooms! I was so irrated. I contacted them and got nothing but a letter asking for tons of infromation. BUT I have heard off a freind that if you put in your REAL phone number that you may be one of the ones they appolize to by giving you a code for another webkinz (virtual, No plush). I would make sure to mention how sad your dauther was because the person in question had lost the last gem she needed for her crown to the dog- theif. she recieved a call from webkinz and the dog appolized (recorded message) but it made the person happen.

Thank you, That sounds just like what happend to DD. The dog stole her diamond! She was so happy and so sad in a mater of seconds. Poor kido, the emotions are going to run faster and hotter in a few years with boys and friends.

Hey, one of DD's animals was hungry and not 100 percent happy. I feed it and it is now, but maybe it is working again!

Still can't get in the curio shop. DD thinks the owner is in time out for stealing.

I would have never noticed, but I started looking and yep, the kin cash isn't going up at all.
