"The Official 'True Blood' Vampire Thread" ...spoilers included.

I enjoyed last night's episode. I like it when an actor has to portray another character playing his character (Sam/Luna/Sam) and Lafayette's possessions. We got some Lafayette sass back last night, too.

Not digging the Warlo or whatever the vampire that killed Sookie's parents.

Alcide? Yes, please!

I have been really impressed with the actor who plays Sam(can't remember his name, forgive me lol). He has done an AMAZING job acting as someone else in his body! Remember when he played Tommy, posing as HIM? Brilliant!

I enjoyed seeing more Lafayette last night. It was fun to watch Sam play Luna. I'm glad to see at least two of the story lines merging(?). Thinking of Lafayette and Terry. That cuts back on some of the chaos.

I keep feeling like the Tara and Pam storyline is such a throw away. I understand they are trying to develop Tara's new role as a vampire, but it's just lacking any depth for me. I really like Pam's Character, both in the book and on the show. So this disappoints me.

I'm still not entirely convinced that Bill is in with the Sanguinista. I feel like this goes entirely against his character. He's always had that soft side for humanity. He's always shown he still thinks about his family (even in last night's episode) and it seems to cause him pain and saddness. I do think he genuinely loved Sookie as well. Perhaps he's going to be a mole?

I'm really tried of the Hoyt and Jessica back and forth. That needs to be done. I'm tired of seeing bitter Hoyt.

I really like Jason. He just always seems like a sweet, if naive, guy.

I'm very curious about the Harlow character that has been mentioned and I am wondering if they're going to somehow bring that back to the original storyline of the books. Seeing as how she was able to connect with him and what not.

I just could not stop laughing at Luna/Sam's walk in the hospital gown! It was so funny. He does a great job doing other characters in his body. I still love Pam but I really wish she would do something more exciting this season. And she wouldn't BE Pam if her happy face and mad face looked different from one another. :-)

Oh my gosh... the walk as sam through the hospital was just perfect! with his hands up and hips swaying like a woman was great acting.

Alcide was... well... perfect, too.

I thought Jason and Eric were both great in this episode.

Well I for one was sure surprised at the view from the opening scene.

I am glad that several story lines were wrapped up.

I thought Lafayette had some great lines last night. Always very entertaining, IMO.

And now onto some of my theories. Read no further if you don't like speculation posts.

I think Salome is part Fae, demon or a fairy turned vamp. I think that is her blood in that vial. I think that is why when Bill fed on her he saw Lillith. He also took a very long look at her blood when it was on his hands in that scene. There is something special about her blood and she is using it to manipulate the others.

I still think Bill is on the good side. Even though he set Eric up, I think its because he needs Eric's help and it just further makes him look like he's on Salome's side.

I am going to put it out there that Emma is a shifter in dog/puppy form and not a werewolf. That is no wolf pup but a Siberian Husky or Alaskan Malamute. The show has been true to using wolves so I think this is a hint?:scratchin

I agree there were some great lines last night :)

Lafayette: Dead People: Why do you have to be so cryptic!
Andy (I think): Were-Chickens!!!!
Tara to Pam: Suck Me, Vampire Barbie!

Russel is entertaining as always.:goodvibes

Did anyone notice in the previews that it appears Jason is in the dirt with Jessica? I hope they don't turn him!

Good call about Salome -- Bill was also fantasizing about Sookie, so fae blood could definitely be there -- and the faes are out for destroying the vamps anyway.

I don't think they'd turn Jason -- too many people being turned to vamps. I would have liked to have seen the Jason into a werepanther storyline though, and a better representation of the panthers.

Well, they finally got rid of one of the extraneous characters. It took 20 minutes of the show to do it. I wish they had gotten rid of Terry instead of Hoyt.

I think they are going to change Hoyt. Maybe that's why someone saw Jason in the dirt in a preview!

No, no, no, no, no!! I do NOT want them to turn Hoyt. His exit was one of the most respectful exits I've seen! (wishing there as a "smilie" of someone stomping their foot).

They turned Tara, that was enough turning for this season!

I don't think they'll change Hoyt. I think that was that storyline being neatly closed off. I'm glad they finally did that and left me less bitter about it being dragged out.

I actually enjoyed the action between Pam and Tara tonight as well.

Lafayette was, as always, Lafayette (and I loved it).

I'm impressed that Luna was able to remain in her mouse form while Steve yelled at Emma and said her mother didn't want her anymore. I think that's another storyline I'd like to see wrapped up fairly soon.

My theory on Bill being a mole is pretty much gone now. I just don't believe he'd drag it out this long, kill a young and innocent vampire, and when in private while watching Eric and Nora say, "Praise Lilith". I'm curious how they are going to bring him around and redeem his character. I just don't know that I believe they'll keep him a villain. Maybe it'll be when Sookie is put in danger from Russell that he'll finally snap and switch back?

Book Spoilers mentioned below:

On the Sookie note - sigh. It seems we're seeing the set-up for next season. I was expecting Sookie to find the Cluviel Dor under her bed because I wasn't sure if they were ever going to introduce the further idea of Niall, etc. I'm still wondering if they ever will. This Warlow thing is a completely new story-line not found in the books. I'm curious what the others will be doing in the meantime next season. I don't think this authority issue is going to be wrapped up this season.

And lastly - the show ended 10 minutes early last night!

I'd forgotten about the Cluvial Dor. :-)

I had so hoped when they were going to bring out an "older" fae person last night it was going to be Niall. That would have been kick-***.

I can't believe there are only 2 episodes left. Considering how SLOW and short last night's episode was, it doesn't seem like Russel, The Authority, and Sookie will be wrapped up.

I think maybe they'll wrap up the Authority and Emma, but Russel and Warlow will be coming for Sookie in season 6 with Bill and Eric to help stop them (and maybe rekindle her and Eric). The wolves will be part of season 6 with Russel, and maybe Jason will be turned to advance his relationship with Jess (now that they wrapped up Hoyt, and they didn't turn Jason into a werepanther as he had in the books), and him and Steve will have a newbie showdown.

Just my thoughts...

Swan, I had expected the older Fairy to be Niall too.

Although, interesting twist I see coming - that looked like the Fairy that got with Andy. She looks to be pregnant. I'm sensing trouble ahead for him if that is the case.

And that makes Andy's baby Bill's what....great great great grandchild then. A Fairy grandchild!

I have another thought...

I think a PP wrote that Salome may be fae, and that it is her blood in the vial. When Bill bit her, he began to hallucinate. When others drink it, they hallucinate and kind of behave as if they are drunk. Eric acted in this fashion when he drained Sookie's fairy godmother.

Salome was pretty steadfast on being creatures of the night, and wanted nothing to do with acquiring fairy blood. She didn't even take a moment to consider how it would further her cause. I wonder why...

Wasn't it put out there that Sookie's parents killer was a vampire that was known by Sookie's fairy godmother? So then Warlow may be fae/vampire.

Maybe Salome and Warlow are working together, and their intentions are similar. Maybe not. Maybe the introduction of Salome as a fae could be a catalyst to the identity of Warlow, or to illustrate the powers that he, as a fae/vampire, has.

Was the pregnant fairy the one who slept with Andy? If so, more to come there.

I think the fairy story line will be big in season 6. Russel's obsession with fairies will tie in nicely with it.

I don't know, it's fun to guess about the outcome, even if I am totally off base.

Yes, she is the one he slept with.
