Hey! Just have a quick second. I have to go to Supertarget in a bit and get some stuff done...we're expecting 6-12 inches of snow later today/tomorrow.

nucpharm - since the company moved us here in August '05, they're really being "nice" and transferring us to keep my DH with the company since we're so miserable. They are giving us the whole re-lo package minus the house-buying thing which they would have done after 60 days in a full move. That is a little scary, but I think we're going for it.

zalansky - we're moving to Collierville, TN - a suburb of Memphis. I'd LOVE North Carolina too - don't know why, but I've always been drawn there. The Pump-it-Up parties sound so fun - they came along after my girls were too old...I'll bet we get our chance with Carson!

Ugh...DH is working from home since he has the dental appt...gotta give up the computer. be back later!

dizagain,

I finally got a chancet to look at Carson's pictures. What a cutie :goodvibes

Sorry about DH's tooth. I hope it is nothing serious. I hope you don't get too much snow. Dh is going to call his Mom in Chicago later and make sure she's got everything she needs. My parents are expecting it to get icky in Michigan, too. Stay warm!!!

I just went through and cleaned out my PM box. Thank you to all the Mommies who replied to my PM. I think I replied to everyone.

Gotta go pay some bills.

I don't know how I got so far behind and I only have a minute or two now. We have a busy day today - I need to make a Target run and go to Old Navy to find a pair of pants for my nephew (Old Navy online cancelled one of my items b/c it was out of stock), then go all over looking for one of those spiral light up trees for outside. Target has them for $20 but I want to try Big Lots or something to see if it's cheaper.

tkyes - I'm so jealous of your Elmo! Last night, my dad asked Lucas what he wanted for Christmas and he said "Elmo". :rotfl2: Maybe I'll get lucky at Target today.

dizagain - Congrats on getting your relo package!

ff - Hope Kona is feeling better. Poor baby. :guilty:

llij - WTG on the research paper!

Alice28 - Woo-hoo on the Star Wars toys coming. Let me know if the cheerleader icon isn't what you guys are going with and I'll take it out. I was just playing around with it this morning. Sorry the quality is so poor.

fabu - Typical DH behavior. Sometimes I'm awakened at 2am by the sound of our very noisy dishwasher. DH thinks thats a good time to wash dishes.

I've got to go. I'm hoping to take a picture of my tree this afternoon while Lukey is sleeping so I'll post that later. Have a great day!

I'm having extreme mom guilt this morning. I sent Sam on the bus even though he said his throat still hurt. I believe him that it might be a bit raw I often wake up like that), but it wasn't red, swollen or patchy. No fever. A little pale. I gave him a tylenol and had him sip some citrus soda. He was practically in tears, so I wrote his teacher a note that if he still felt yucky at 9:30 or 10, to have the office call me. It's just yesterday I kept him home and he was FINE by 9 or so....running around the backyard, eating normally, not lethargic at all.

FF- Poor Kona! How miserable to have to give her an enema. :guilty: Have the doctors given you any other suggestions to keep her regular?

I *hate* the exclusions on Macy's coupons. Which purse was it that you wanted? The only exclusions I can understand are the counter service makeup, since that's kind of an outside contractor. But any clothing or accessory item that their vendors choose to carry in the store should be included, you know? I guess they must make some sort of deal with Coach, Dooney, R. Lauren that they won't sell their stuff cheaper than their stand alone stores. :confused3

SL- We actually do have another logo for our cheering squad. I imagine I will have it later today. They added GLITTER to the pompoms! So cool! Good luck finding some spiral trees! We are pathetic with our outdoor decor. I usually just get a wreath, hand up a holiday sign I bought at Target 2-3 years ago, and we wrap lights around our porch banisters. DH has NEVER offered to try and hang them from the eaves of our house (we DO have steep rooftops), so I just do the porch thing. And then I don't have a fireplace in this house- we have a chimney, but no fireplace- they must have taken it out when the 'modern' kitchen got put in 60-70 years ago. So I can't do a pretty mantle centerpiece or anything. We are contemplating either getting a gas one put in with the remodel, or buying one of those electric ones I have seen at Costco. Cheezy, but a fireplace adds so much warmth to a home- both literally and figuratively.

Nuc- Nice that your DH wanted to clean the bedroom then. Ugh. My DH's thing is to come in after his shower at 6AM, while I'm still trying to sleep another hour, and do that man-hacking- clearing the throat type obnoxious noise. I could just scream at him! I used to always get up earlier than him when I worked, and most mornings I would take my clothes downstairs with me (our shower is in the downstairs bathroom- up is just a tub) and then just quietly sneak back up to brush my teeth. Grrrrrrrr....I think he resents me getting to sleep a bit more or something.

Diz- hope you can get to Target OK before the snow comes in!

Z- I hate getting my hair cut and colored too- it just takes forever! And then I hate the amount on the check I have to write! I only have been getting my hair colored in the salon this last year cause I was getting too many grays....it's a must, but ouch on the price. Keep us posted about NC!

Hi Kim! How's the blog going?

Now I'm not sure if I should venture to Target later if the school might call me. Maybe I will wait til 11 when I put josh on the bus. If they haven't called by then, I think it would be OK to go down there. I just know I need a diversion today. I'm kind of in the dumper for whatever reason.

Good marning all! I just have a quick second, Sesame Street is almost over.

fab--Loving the marinara story! My DH doesn't pull crap like that anymore. We had a long talk about responsibilities before conceiving #4, and that was one of my bugaboos--if he really wanted this, he had to step up and stop acting like one kid was all he could handle. And to his credit, he really has stepped it up. Not that he doesn't have his moments, but he's been great with the kids. I think making him think about, did he really want to go down this road again, made him realize that he had to pitch in more.

tamie--great score on the TMX Elmo! My DSIL works at Target, and she's got her eyes open to snag one for Celeste. If she gets one, fine, if not, that's okay, too. Celeste has "Elmo knows my name", which she really loves, so I don't know if she realizes there are different kinds.

Jill-Glad your paper got finished, finally!

ff--popcorn was always one of my favorite "tricks", but only if she's old enough ot eat it properly. Raisins, too. We went through several months of Celeste "holding back", then after a few days, she'd be in the bathroom screaming while trying to pass a cow. Fortunately, she likes whole (peeled) apples, so I make sure she gets one a day, in addition to other fruits and vegetables. She can be picky, so I don't know how much of the other stuff actually gets down, but I can count on that apple!

Robin--Glad you got the Star Wars stuff, and the Gymbo order is okay. It's a running joke in our house, if it were ever to catch fire, I would save the kids, cats, and Gymboree clothes!

Times up, I have to run!

Hi Gals-

My mood has improved!

First, my MacLaren stroller came! It's so nice and lightweight. Molly is strolling it around the house. LOVE the salmon pink color! I had thoughts of going with the orange, why I don't know, but I'm glad I went with the pink. Might as well live this girl thing up right, as I know she's our only girl!

Second, the last Christmas toys came for the boys that I had ordered. I will wrap them after Josh goes to school.

Third, last night and this AM DH 'talked Disney' with me. I caught him reading the Unofficial Guide- he gets exasperated with me wanting to plan so far ahead, but he's caught the bug for our trip now. I realized this morning that most of our dining we want to do is while we are at the Poly....and hey, I think we can buy park tickets for longer than our stay at the Poly....and hey, if we buy our park tickets with our room as a package, we can add the dining plan for our 5 nights at the Poly! I double checked all my 'thoughts' on the 'net, and I was correct. So I ran it by DH, crunched some numbers, and yes, the dining plan will save us at least $150, if not more depending on what we order and where we go for our final table service.

:cheer2:

I just love the dining plan- for people like myself who really have a hard time paying so much for Disney food, it's a huge anxiety reliever to just pay my $38 a day in advance and be done with it, you know? And knowing the kids can get as many snacks as they want (hello 4 a day for our family- when it was the boys and I last Sept., I had 11 snack credits to cash out on check out day- we got waters, juices and Mickey krispies for the plane!). So, I called my mom, and she's not sure she wants to do it, since they're doing so great with weight watchers right now, but she's ok with giving me the money towards the room a month early (since now we will have to pay the balance a month before we go instead of at check in). AND, the other epiphany I had while talking with her, is if I charge this in January, I will have the Disney rewards ready to transfer to my card in March!

And what else is 'cool' about my plan, is that 3 of our meals are already paid for while we are staying at SOG, so I think there are only 4 meals we will have to pay for OOP for the entire trip! AND I already have almost $300 in Disney Gift cards, dollars, reward dollars saved up. I'm just excited!

BNB- my DH and I also had a 'talk' about him taking on more responsibility when we were discussing a third. He does really well with the boys, but sometimes has a hard time with all 3. He does try though. I just don't get how I can handle it and he can't- we're both smart adults, what is the deal! ;)

OK, off to clean my messy kitchen, and wait to see if the phone rings from Sam's school!

If it's possible, I think my child is going to turn into a container of yogurt. He could eat yogurt for every meal if I let him. There are worse things he could want I guess.

We switched from Dish to Comcast yesterday. On one hand I love my faster connection and LOVE the free DVR for a year. On the other hand they only have 1 Disney channel and it's not the one we used to watch. So Tyler is asking for "jojo" and it wasn't on when we usually watch it. I'll have to DVR so we can watch it at our usual time.

alice - you said you do the On Demand workouts on Comcast. Do you have any favorites? Sorry Sam isn't feeling well. Hopefully he doesn't end up coming home. I liked the dining plan too. We still ended up doing 3 sit down meals out of pocket because my mom isn't a huge counter service plan. whatever. Don't forget you can't bring the water or juice on the plane, unless you buy it after you go through security. I was thinking I was smart getting water for the plane with my snack credit. I had to throw half a bottle away. glad you like your stroller!

ff - poor Kona! That's just awful! yes, the macy's coupons stink! We had one for the day after Thanksgiving and didn't realize that it was good on sale or clearance items only, not regularly priced stuff. dumb!

sl - good luck with your shopping! Can't wait to see your tree.

z- I love to get my hair done, it's a relaxing break for me. I just hate the money! I feel so guilty about spending that much money.

diz - Hope you get your errands done before the snow comes!

bnb - lol about saving your gymboree clothes!

nucpharm - how nice of your dh to help, but that's quite the time to do it!

j&d - sorry you aren't selling any books. I asked for books for Tyler for Christmas too, so it does happen.

I only have 4 months left on the calendar for my mom. I'm doing a different one for my MIL that includes her other grandsons, but that shouldn't take me too long since I can use the same backgrounds as Tyler's calendar.

Time for lunch!

tamie

Hi mommies! I just wanted to pop in quick and say hello. Things are going pretty well here. I am still a little sore from the c-sec but am doing all right otherwise. I finally did Bailey's birth announcement and wanted to share it with you all. Hope you all are well and have a good weekend.

Tamie,

Way to go on the Elmo!!

Thank you for switching to Comcast. :teeth: It's Comcastic. I hope you like it.

Robin,

Glad to hear your day is improving. Some days are just like that. I can't wait to see a picture of Molly in her stroller.

My DH wants to do a family picture and everything for Christmas, too. We decided the other day we aren't going to because I would have to buy outfits, pay for the pictures, make sure everyone is healthy at the same time for the picture, etc. No thanks. Not to mention, the picture place is probably a germ factory this time of year. I'm going to take one by the tree and call it a day.

We aren't doing much today. I got some nice Target coupons in the mail and a $10 off a $100 purchase but I don't want to go until I can go by myself. I made a promise to myself that I wasn't going to take Kona too many more places before Christmas because I don't want her picking up a nasty bug again.

I also received a nice $10 off Birthday coupon from Victoria's Secret. The coupon happened to have a picture of the Santa outfit on it. I guess it's a sign. :rotfl: :rotfl:

I also got an $80 check from the school picture company. Both of the kid's pictures turned out awful so we sent them back for a refund because the retakes were going to turn out the same way. I'll just have to get there pictures taken at the mall before the year is over.

jill,

Great job on completing the paper. I did receive your mail today! Thanks. :thumbsup2

I just have a minute cause Henry figured out how to be mobile today so I know I'll have to get him in a minute. I guess he realized he can move around by rolling to his side and then pushing with his feet. At first he was just spinning in a circle but now he started moving sideways. Problem is then he gets himself off his toy mat and gets annoyed that he has nothing to look at and can't get back on it.

Robin I think the dining plan will be great for you guys. Joey and I talked about how we wish we could get it, but we've had APs on our trips since they came out with the new dining plan a couple of years ago. We want the AP room discount so that meant no dining plan. We have that DDE card so that helps at meals, but still, I think we would have saved with the dining plan.

BnB - I should have had that chat with my husband before Henry. He was ready for #2 and I was not, most likely cause I did 98% of the work with Madison and he got to just come in and play with her and do fun stuff. He actually had to do a lot of stuff with Madison the first couple of months I was pregnant cause I was so sick, but once the MS went away so did his responsibility. He does a lot with Madison now so I shouldn't complain much, but he acts like Henry is some sort of plague most of the time.

Fabumouse - You totally described my husband with your marinara sauce story. Right down to the fact that I've ordered white pizza and he has to get sauce for it. He was looking at something on the computer the other day while I needed him to do something and acted like surfing ebay was the priority. I don't know who men think they are sometimes.

SL - Good luck finding an Elmo! :wizard: If I happen to see any ( :lmao: ) I'll gladly pick one up for you. I wanted to get one for Madison but decided that the 30 Elmos already cluttering up our house are enough. If she sees them in the store after Christmas then maybe she'll get one for her birthday.

Dizagain - Glad the relo package will work for you guys! I remember you mentioning wanting to move back when you were newly pregnant so I'm really happy for you that it's finally happening. BTW, I forgot to say this days ago when I saw them, but Carson's photos are so cute! :goodvibes They were definitely worth the wait!

FF - I am so sorry to hear that Kona's not feeling well. :grouphug: The poor little girl-she just got over all that fever and ER stuff and now constipation. The enemas must have been terrible for both of you. I don't have any suggestions for you other than what everyone has already said cause it never happened to Madison so I don't have firsthand experience. I hope she's back to normal soon.

Oh, and the color I want for the Pliko is Toffee or Mint, but given the price difference between those and some of the other colors I think I'll be making a sacrifice. I'm hoping though that since I want to wait till January then the 2007s will be out so they might have the Toffee or Mint on sale. Well, at least that seemed to be the case last year so that's why I'm hoping.

Zalansky - Thanks for the other stroller site. I'll be checking them both daily till I finally buy the stroller. Have you heard of the Lowry Park Zoo? I went to our zoo again on Tuesday (Madison suckered me into it) and the giraffe was gone and they had a sign up saying that he went to the Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa. His name is Randall if you happen to go there and see him. We used to have 3 giraffes but I haven't seen the other 2 in at least a year so who knows where they went.

Henry decided a good way to get my attention was to create a nice surprise in his diaper for me to change so off I go. My time here is limited lately cause I used to come on when Henry was napping, but he seems to be boycotting naps the past 2 weeks. He's been sleeping 9 straight hours at night though (12 total, snack at 3am) so that might have something to do with it. Yesterday he napped 75 minutes total all day-awake 12 hours and he napped just 1. And this is a baby who loves his sleep so imagine the mood the no nap thing puts him in. Ugh, and Madison just Purelled these magnetic Mickey things, wiping off the picture.

Mommies,

I just wanted to offer up my Gymbo coupon one more time before I post it on the budget board. If anyone wants it, PM me. :sunny:

Fabs- I’m really sorry about the ebay account being compromised. I heard that a lot of that is expected to happen this holiday season :( My DH has no idea how long it takes to cook anything or how much energy it consumes sometimes. Lots of nights he’ll come home and I’ll be waiting for him so I can make dinner and he doesn’t understand why I didn’t just COOK yet (with the baby and needing to get my work done at the same time).

Tykes- Woohoo for the TMX!

J&D- It amazes me how many idiotic attorneys are out there. I wonder if the defense attorney was my former boss. LOL! He used to ALWAYS say the wrong thing in court.

Zalansky- I’m trying like the dickens to find a part time position, but it’s so hard! No one wants a part time lawyer, just one that will come in and work a 70+ hour work week. Throw in the fact that I’m a mom with a small baby and they want nothing to do with me. My dad thinks I might have more success next month since a lot of people will quit their jobs after they’ve received their Christmas bonuses and used up all their vacation time for the year.

Alice- Don’t feel so bad. I’m sure Sam is doing fine at school. My DH will also make a bunch of noise when he leaves in the morning.. not so much with the hacking, but he fiddles with his cell phone. Oh, and he loves the snooze button. There is nothing I had more than having to hear that alarm go off not once, but three times!
Great news about the dining plan.

Tykes- LOL about turning into a container of yogurt!

Bella- I love Bailey’s announcement.

Justhat- Poor Henry! Olivia still gets stuck all the time too. She’ll roll across the floor and then not know how to get back to her toys.

OK, I’m going to have to keep it short because I need to pick up Olivia soon. My uncle’s funeral was this morning. It was a really miserable foggy morning, and I could only think about how on a day like this, he’d have been happy staying inside, cooking and drinking some wine. My dad made a very nice speech last night at the wake. The good thing is that he lived a full life of 87 years, and now he can join his wife in heaven.

We all know it’s been a bad week for me. Funeral, check; luck with job search, none; income to pay bills, minimal; —but there’s one more monkey wrench I hadn’t mentioned yet. Flo was supposed to come on Monday morning. It’s now Thursday afternoon.

NO FLO!!!!

If there was a smiley face that hit her head on the desk repeatedly, this would be the place to put it.

I have no idea how this can happen. I’ve been racking my brain. I mean I haven’t even SEEN DH aside from our anniversary, and there was no funny business that night. There wasn’t even any mildly amusing business. There was ice cream though, that I remember. All I could think is that Flo loves Disney World. The last two times we went to Disney I was pregnant (DL right after conception and WDW when I was four months pregnant), but on the trips before that Flo almost always came along. Maybe she’s mad because I went there without her and she’s going to wait an extra week so she can join us. That has to be it, right?

Henry exhausted himself and is sleeping for a moment in the swing. It reminded me that last night I realized something so stupid. Tamie, I think it was you who told me to check and make sure my swing was reclined all the way when Henry was a newborn. Well I did. Or so I thought. Well it was not, and I noticed last night that it reclines more than I had it. And here's the kicker: 2 kids and 2.5 years of use with that swing and I NEVER knew it reclined more than I had it!!! I feel like I wasted months of its use, cause even though I still used the swing the thing reclines practically to a bed-like position that would have been perfect for them as newborns! I was so angry and annoyed at myself. The one baby product that my husband assembled got messed up. He never noticed it reclined more than we had it either. It's the FP Aquarium swing, so it's suspended by one metal pole that I thought I felt was reclined as possible. I would have had to move it away from the wall or turn it to the front/back motion to notice there was another hole to recline it more. And what really gets me is my friend has the same swing and I saw hers when Henry was first born and told her it looked more reclined than mine. Well that will teach me to double check next time. I feel like I need another baby just to use the swing the right way!

Anyway, my main point was that Ginamarie, when I got my cycle back after Madison it was irregular at first. The first one was probably 6-7 weeks, then they got progressively closer and closer till they were back to every 28 days. Hopefully yours will hold out till you're back home.

I told Madison we'd read a Monsters Inc book so I better do that before Henry wakes up.

Uh oh.........GM.........no Flo? Are you usually quite regular? Sometimes it took my body awhile to get back on normal cycles after I had a baby, esp when still breastfeeding. Would it help just to buy a cheapie home test and relieve your mind?

Be back in a few- I need to go wrap those gifts before I forget about it and Sam says, "What is in the Toys R Us box?" (no phone call from school- he must be OK). \

PS- SL- saw the spiral Christmas trees at Kmart for $14.99. No TMX Elmo though.

Per FF's request, Miss Molly in her MacLeran stroller- note the cheezy toddler smile. She's already doing that....

november146.jpg

And here is my 9 year old at Chili's on Sunday night. DH took the picture- don't ask me why it's all askew. :rotfl:

Well, had a busy morning here. Went and got an 8 mile run in, hurried home to shower and change, then off to the grocery and Dollar general. For those of you with a Dollar general store handy, they had some cute disney candy canes in fun flavors, disney gift tags for $1 and gift wrap for $2.50. Just in case!

Both kids are napping so i have a moment!

gina--hope aunt flo comes soon for you. LOL about her being upset about missing disney that she'll wait another week to join you guys this time!

diz--we'll be "neighbors" when you move to TN. It's only 2 1/2 hours from here--might have to have a meet in say, Tunica?????

alice--meant to say earlier that I am also a huge fan of the Archer farm caramel corn! Last year they had one with dried cherries and one with cinnamon jelly bellys--Yummo!!! Hope you got those gifts wrapped! I'm needing to do that as well!

z--We have a Pump it Up here--looked at doing Emma's party there, but Chuck ?E Cheese is closer and cheaper. But she does love those inflatables though! Keep us posted on the NC front! Pretty exciting that your DH is interested in a trip to look!

justhat--funny about the swing! I can't remember what it was, but we had a similar situation, like "oh, that toy does that???" After having it for 2 years!

WEll, I better go wrap some gifts. Oh, I meant to tell you guys that DH has found a way to get enough FF miles for a ticket. He ordered Emma a balloon bouquet for her bday (to come tomorrow), so we'll get another 700 miles from it. Now once it posts to our account time to buy tickets!!!!! And Emma will be sooooo excited to get her delivery tomorrow--I can't wait to see her face!

Ugh, it's pouring again--at least we're missing the winter weather for the time being! Chat later!

gina - lol! That Aunt of yours is pretty selfish wanting to go along on the trip with you! too funny! I don't think I saw the news about your uncle. I'm so sorry.

nucpharm - That caramel corn sounds good! Great job on the balloons for more miles!

alice - Molly is so funny! Very cute stroller. Your son looks quite grown up!

justthat - LOL about the swing! I would have been irritated too. LOL about having another baby just to use it correctly.

z - I don't know if we have Pump it Up here or not. It sounds kind of familiar, but that could be cause of everyone on here mentioning it. Sounds like a lot of fun. I think it was you who mentioned you bought a really cute swimsuit cover up that everyone liked - if it was, do you remember where you got it?

ff - enjoy your Victoria's Secret gift card. I'm in need of new bras, but I think I'll wait until the big after Christmas sale they have.

bellacam - Very cute announcement!!

With the baking season fast upon us, what would you guys think of posting your favorite holiday recipe? It could be cookies or an app. I always make the same thing over and I would love to do a new recipe.

Tamie

Hey gals! Successful shopping all afternoon. I found the tree at Ocean State Job Lot for $15 and got my nephews done for Christmas.

Here's a pic of our tree:
ebd2fe71.jpg

Here's our fireplace (I forgot to take that junk off the stove doors before taking the pictures.)
ebd2fe70.jpg

Stockings are the cat, DH, me, and Lucas.

alice28 - Glad to hear Sam made it through the whole school day. Cute pictures!

BnB - Elmo knows your name is the one we'll get if we can't find TMX. I've heard it may start talking at strange time, like in the middle of the night, even if it's not programmed to. Does that happen with yours?

tkyes - Good luck finishing the calendar.

ff - I would take that VS coupon as a sign... :rotfl2:

justhat - Congrats to Henry for becoming mobile! :yay:

ginamarie - Sorry Aunt Flo hasn't visited yet. Could be from the stress.

nucpharm - WTG on getting your ff miles! :woohoo:

I swear, this is the most changing I have EVER done with a WDW trip. The last 5 trips, once we decided on a resort, that was it. I may have called once or twice to change a dining ressie, but not being crazy woman like I am with this trip.

I am now staying at the Wilderness Lodge for the 1st 5 nights. With a package. With the dining plan.

It was cheaper to stay at the WL- $100 less a night. My mom was loving that idea. I was loving just the thought of the lodge; this is our LAST CHANCE to stay there unless we get two rooms or a 2 bdrm villa, as they only sleep 4 + a baby. I suggested it first to DH, but he wanted the monorail. After much debating today, he said, "Honey, get whatever you want. It's fine with me." He's the one who chose the Lodge for our honeymoon, so it's not like he hates it- he just was intrigued with the volcano pool.

I had called WDW to add on the hoppers and the dining for my Poly ressie and they said no can do, as it was a AAA rate. Well, there was NO WAY I was paying the regular rate at the Poly, as the AAA rate was $450 a night as it was! So I called DH, my mom and we agreed on the WL with the dining plan for 5 nights.

I call WDW and get both of the reservations switched over with no problem (YAY- I was a little nervous as the WL doesn't have a ton of rooms, busy time of year- I'm taking it as a good sign that at 14 weeks out there are still rooms available!). I then called and switched some dining around. We are now eating at: Whispering Canyon our first night; Rose and Crown (I have this reserved but then DH mentioned the Chinese place again, so I may be calling Dining AGAIN), Narcoossee's and Crystal Palace. I did that one without talking to DH first- he has HATED our character meals at Chef Mickey's and Goofy's Kitchen- I didn't like them either, but I really enjoyed the food when mom and I ate at CP last May. I am hoping he won't argue with me about it- I think it's fair to do ONE character meal with the kids!

I'm so excited! :cheer2:

Thank you Tamie for the reminder about the liquid on the plane. I got all bummed for a minute when I read that, but when we check out of the WL, we check into SOG for 4 more nights. So I can go load up on water bottles, juice, snacks with whatever snack credits are leftover on Saturday, to use for the remaining 4 days. :thumbsup2

SL- what a pretty tree! I'm getting excited about decorating this weekend. Time to turn on that Christmas music!

justhat- go Henry go!

OK, now I need to go write up a new 'plan' for my trip- I just have chicken scratches everywhere and it's driving me nuts!

Robin - YAY! I hope you'll be at the Lodge the same dates as we are! That would be convenient, huh? Our dates are now March 25-28, 3 nights instead of just 2. When I called on Tuesday I was able to add a night on to our ressie NO PROBLEM, so I am hoping that means it won't be too crowded that week too! :thumbsup2
