Yep, it's me again! The kids are taking wonderfully long naps, so I've been "free" for about 2 hours now!!!!! :thumbsup2 Unfortunately, I can't fall asleep--but have been watching "junk" tv instead!

Thought I would share that I finally made my adr's for our trip in April-not that it's much, only made 2 ressies cuz' we're going to do counter service or DTD for the rest (and it's only 4 days-maybe 5) So, we're going to do Chef Mickeys our first morning (thurs. we get in Wed. night), then off to MK!! Then I decided to do Whispering Canyon on Friday night for dinner. Figure with 2 kids, it would be a good choice.

Oh, and I'm so psyched! I got my order from Crayola today and it's great. I ordered Emma a Cinderella color Wonder set with markers, paints and colorbook. Also got her some of the Twistable crayons for stocking stuffer and got these mini washable markers for free!

Well, time to go find some more "Mommy" tv! I'm sure I'll be back on later!

hi!

Well, DH just called and they finally came up with a moving package. It is not bad at all - yay! 25K for the move, 1 month salary, $ for the family to fly or travel on the move, and closing cost help. We could use all of the company benefits with various people like moving company, realtor, etc. but would be setting it all up on our own instead of with a relocation person in charge. The big drawback is they won't buy our house after two months - we're totally on our own. This means I could be without DH for quite some time if it doesn't sell. I'm a little nervous with the winter thing, but this is Chicago and people do move in and out all the time. SO, he's bringing home everything in writing tonight so we can look it over and decide what to do. I sort of think we should go for it as long as they will cover his hotel while we wait to move because that could get pretty expensive. So we shall see...

justhat - WOW! That was some christening!!!!! You are not kidding when you say your mom goes all out!!!

GLT - :grouphug:

icebrat - you are just making me smile with all of your planning/worries - what an awesome mommy you will be!!! What a lucky little girl Tess is to have you guys...it sounds like you will just balance each other out naturally with your ideas on raising kids. There HAS to be a "tough guy" and a "marshmallow" in every family...and it gets really interesting when you switch places now and then!!!

robin - I had not heard that about Greg...I just bought a "Wiggles" cd for Carson today. That is so sad. Hope Sam feels better!

nucpharm - glad Emma enjoyed gymnastics- both of my girls LOVED it during the pre-school years. Isn't the library awesome? We just live there in the summers...can't wait to introduce Carson to it in the next year or so!

lissawynn - glad you got to see the upstairs! How exciting!

ryan -

tykes-

Well, I need to go put some Christmas gifts away - $3.99 tee's at American Eagle - the girls will be thrilled!!!! Had to get out in the pouring rain...I decided warm rain was better than cold rain/snow that is on the way by tommorrow. I may actually get to stay home tomorrow and accomplish my pre-decorating cleaning. I just cringe when I think of trying to keep my house clean to show....I guess I'll just get up at 5 am and do it while kids are asleep every morning becaue there's no way I can do it with Carson around. Check back later! :)

Where has today gone? I'm so behind with my daily routine.

I had to go to 3 places with Sam & Molly- Fred Meyer to get DH some new Dockers- had two coupons so with it being on sale, I got a pair for $10.62 Woo! And Sam some socks because apparently his room eats his socks or something.

Then the grocery store. Then Sam saw those Lemony Snickey books there so that conversation began again how he wanted those books....I didn't have an extra $13 on me to buy it at the grocery store, so we stopped at the library. He really likes to have books to keep (I was the same way) so I said if he could read the two we got at the library in a reasonable amount of time, and he still wanted to collect the books, we would start buying them. That seemed fair to me.

OK, really quick, here is the Rewards and Rumors cheerleader logo if any of you want to cheer us on. Don't forget to sign up so you are also eligible for prizes! I don't think you are supposed to hear anything back once you sign up- so don't worry if no one PMs you.
cheerlogo1.jpg

Gotta go get Molly down for a nap and then I need to exercise!

BTW, Sam is fine. He shoulda went to school, but I didn't want him exposing 20 kids to strep if that's what it was. I think it's just a real mild sore throat, phew!

Lissa - Cameryn's dress is a size 12 month dress. She is small for her age I think, she is almost 15 months and the dress fits her perfectly. I will hang on to it and if Annabel is the right size I will send it to you next year! If she turnd out to be too big for the dress then I will just put it on Ebay. :thumbsup2 I am keeping the stockings too, I bought everything at the Disney Store. I am being REALLY bad and returning the sweater vest Connor wore because he literally had it on for 10 minutes and it was $20, or close. Shhh!!!

Alisa- you had to go and mention Texas Roadhouse. OMG- YUM. I haven't been in a year. LAst time we went was the day before Thanksgiving when my parents, the kids and I went on the Polar Express thing.I love their 'side' salad full of bacon bits, cheese and other goodies.

Hillary- tell me again when your March WDW dates are? Was it you or JD I was just missing by days? Cause we moved our trip up- we now get there March 19th. Maybe we can do a fly by 'hi' at the Poly or something that night if you will still be there? I am still sad about Greg- he must just be so torn up about the whole thing. I am sure it's been a heavy burden on him to have to decide what to do....I have read the Wiggles message boards two or three times and awhile back there was a message from Greg saying hello to his fans, and saying he still didn't know what the illness was. I think the Wiggles are just a really nice group of stand-up men & I admire their talent and enthusiasm at what they do. And Greg's always been my favorite. I told DH Jeff was 55 or 56 and he was like, "No freaking way!" He sure can move for someone almost as old as my mom! :lmao:

Oh, about the cheerleader logo- please don't put it in your siggie yet- I don't have the official "Yes" form the original creator that it's ok. I think it's so cute to have Kim Possible though! I have no clue how to do photoshop, so I bow down to the members on my team who do know how to play around with that. I think I will be the researcher, organizor, a creative word person for our team, but NOT the graphics gal! LOL!

Nuc- glad your package from Crayola came today. The mail comes late here, so maybe my Star Wars stuff will come today. I hope! I LOVE Whispering Canyon! We've done it every visit but once, and then we missed it...(last trip). My boys REALLY like it, so I think you will be pleased. Just know it's LOUD. Loud, but fun. I still have in the back of my head that I want to save my parents a load of money and switch our ressies to the WL, but I want to experience the Poly just once...and the monorail is so nice. Did your DH get the plane ticket situation straightened out? Oh, and I thought of you when I went to Walgreens the other day....I vowed to never step foot in a Walgreens after I fiasco I had with their, ahem, pharmacy a year or so ago. But their prices lured me in....and I know you have WAY BETTER people skills than the pharmacist I was so pi$$ed at. ;)

Tamie- don't worry about trying to catch up- just JUMP in and start chatting with us again! Whatcha been doing since you have been home? Have you sold a lot of growth charts for the holidays?

Diz- So glad the moving is going to work out! :cheer2: That's GREAT. Hopefully your home will sell quickly- when do anticipate putting it on the market? And will you be able to get a BIG home in Tennessee? (That's where you said, right?). I would think something in the burbs of Chicago would be worth more than something in TN, but maybe I am wrong. I always like to think what we could get in NC or SC for what our home would sell for. :cloud9: Those two states intrigue me for some reason. I guess because we have known a couple of friends who sold their homes in San Jose for boo-koo bucks and got mansions in the Charlotte area. Not kidding. Well, Kim knows that from when she looked a few months ago.

OK, I just did a great workout and came and ate 3 big handfuls of chips. What is my problem? LOL! I have beef stew in the crock pot and it smells SO GOOD....I'm going to make cornbread muffins in a bit. I only ate a bagel and some bites of apple for lunch, I was so go-go-go with Sam, Molly, getting the stew in the crockpot, I just didn't sit down to eat a proper lunch.

I hear the neighborhood dogs barking...maybe the mailman is here! :bitelip:

ETA_ THEY CAME THEY CAME THEY CAMEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dancer: :jumping1: party: :rainbow: :rainbow: My son is going to FREAK OUT on Christmas! Oh, man, I CANNOT WAIT to see his face! He was at a friend's house playing too, so I scurried into the basement, Sam followed, and we wrapped them quickly. Even Sam thought they were way cool and was a smidge jealous. Hot Dog Hot Dog Hot Diggity Dog! (I was singing the MM Clubhouse song the whole time I was wrapping! :rotfl: ).

Hi Mommies,

Anyone have any good constipation remedies. Kona hasn't pooped since Sunday and I'm starting to get worried again. She normally goes every day and went a week last week without pooping and ended up in the ER because she was just screaming from the pain.

I have no patience for constipation because of everything we went through with our middle DD. It was just too traumatic.

The suppositories seem to give her cramps. She's had pear juice today and 2 doses of Milk of Magnesia. She only went on Sat. and Sun. because we gave her an enema but she can't rely on that to go all the time.

So, there's her whole poo story. Anyone have any advice? :guilty:

Hi Everyone! :wave2:

I just wanted to pop in very quickly and let you know that I am still here! I have about a million pages to catch up on this thread and I look forward to doing it in the next day or two.

The big news here is that I am FINALLY done with my research paper! :cool1: :cool1: I literally finished it a few moments ago. It ended up being 40 pages long and it took me 5 days and tons of hours to write it. :surfweb:

My science methods class ended yesterday and I have two more classes of math and research but the bulk of my work is done for the semester. :woohoo: I just have to put a unit plan together and that is a piece of cake. I'm so relieved to be done! This has been a brutal semester for my family.

I need to start my Christmas shopping and getting ready for Disney. We leave in 20 days and I haven't done a thing yet. Eek!

I've missed you all and have been thinking of you guys! I can't wait to see how you all are doing. I'm going to call it a night, but I will try to get on here tomorrow afternoon to catch up.

Have a great evening! :grouphug:

Hi everyone! I really don't have time to catch up properly. I read everything and replied to you in my mind but I really need to get to bed!

Aidan is feeling better today, thank goodness! I had Emmy's and Alex's parent/teacher conferences which went very well. It's pretty funny to hear how wonderful Emmy is at school because she has been AWFUL at home lately. When she gets like this, I wonder if she is going to get Aunt Flo soon. I felt like giving her a Hershey bar and telling her to go to bed.

I've been working on some cool projects for my classes. I started a blog for my seniors and I'm going to have my freshman honors class create a wiki. I like doing new things with them each year. That's what has been taking up my time today. I have tons of essays to grade, but I'm setting up blogs instead  . I'm curious to see if they like it!

icebrat - Tess's room is going to be so cool! She is one lucky little girl!

Jill - I remember the days of 40 page papers. Yuck! It was good to hear from you.

Allison - I'm glad to hear you are doing okay.

FF - I'm not too sure what to use for constipation. Poor Kona!

OK, I really have to go! I still need to finish typing the instructions and dates for my blog!

Alice- I can’t believe what’s going on with the Wiggles. Poor Greg! I’m saying some extra prayers for him.

Icebrat- your dog sounds really funny! Tess’ bed looks beautiful. I wouldn’t worry too much about what Tess is going to call you. Those things tend to fall into place. We’ve been kind of a non-conventional family since I spent a lot of time raising my little siblings while my parents worked and went back to college. It’s a long story, but the point is that families are what you make of them, and it doesn’t really matter what you call each other or how exactly everyone is related.
Eating habits are going to be something you’ll have to work on. You may have to ease Tess into eating things outside of her regular realm of foods for awhile. Most two year olds start becoming picky eaters, and they can test your patience sometimes.
Tess should be old enough so that you don’t need outlet covers or nose things, but it might be good to have something that keeps kids from locking the door. My three year old brother has just discovered that he can lock doors and he’s driving my mom crazy. They sell covers at Babies R Us for the doorknobs.

GLT- I’ve been praying for you and your children each day as well.

Lissawynn- I’m glad you love the new addition to the house.

Alice- I’m sorry Sam is ill today. Yay—for all the toys showing up.

SL- I should get my DH to call that contest for you. For some reason he wins stuff off of the radio all the time.

Nucpharm- Woohoo for the reservations! We’re going to Chef Mickeys and WCC on our vacation too.

Dizagain- Great news on the move!

FloridaFam- I would have suggested some fruit juice or milk of magnesia, but you tried that already. We had to use the suppositories the last time Olivia got like that, and they did the trick.

Jill- Congrats on finishing your paper. That must be such a relief!

I got some good work done today even though Olivia was in the office with me. Then I watched my little siblings so everyone could to go the wake. I’m going to court again tomorrow, which is a little hectic, but at least it’s a little more money for me. Speaking of which, I need to get ready for tomorrow. I really need to do a load of dryel for my suit parts, but I don’t have time tonight, so I have to scrounge up a pair of black pants!

Oh, and here’s a copy of our cheerleaders logo for anyone who wants to add it to their siggy! Thanks for lending support to all the teams that the moms are on!

Hey everyone - not sure how far I'll get but I just wanted to throttle Dh today. The short version is that I received notice that my ebay account had been used to sell DVD's without authorization. I was changing all of my passwords in a panic when the pizza I ordered for dinner arrived. Dh decides that he *must* make marinara sauce for it because I ordered a white pizza with no sauce. I say okay, but you have to take care of the baby at the same time. He says, Oh, I'm not sure I can do *that* and stares at me like I should take the baby.

Oh you've got to be kidding me!! I do this all week long without any help and I'm worried our bank accounts have been compromised. But hey YOUR MARINARA SAUCE is much more important, let me stop what I'm doing right now.

Okay, rant over.

nucpharm - glad you didn't lose your diamond. I have a friend who lost her RING playing in a public sandbox.

Z - family of the day!! that is great! I also don't like attention and would have just died, but it's a story your family will never forget. I love Le Cellier, but our last meal there wasn't great - glad to hear that it was probably a fluke. And ITA - the time goes by so fast. We went for 8 days last time and we were ready to leave by the end of it, but really needed all that time to do everything we wanted to do.

LOVE Love love the photos! I showed them to Dh and he thinks you are a hoot! I think it was the eyeballs that clinched it for him. :teeth:

BnB - I understand your ambivalence about Luke pulling up - Madeleine is our last, and I'm having a hard time accepting some of the changes (like not wanting to be in her very cool swing anymore).

Dizagain - I have no idea what a cheerleader does! I keep meaning to go through that Wasabi (whatever!) thread to find out, and I haven't.

Robin - the UPS guy knows me so well that he makes fun of me now for all the packages I receive. You are not alone! And Kailey destroyed all of her clothing at that age as well. I ended up buying a lot of it from Ebay - but I don't think the deals are as good as they used to be.

And you can have *my* freakin early-bird aunt flo.

My Gymbo order arrived today as well - but I didn't open it because miss nosy pants would have found the pink cowboy boots within seconds.

Lissa - our own cat peed all over our couch during one of our moves. Dh was ready to throw her out the window. It was soooo disgusting. And we needed that couch!

Joats - thanks for the compliment! And I would be getting so frustrated if I were you. I remember when I quit breastfeeding Kailey that my hormones were wacky for a few months - but a year seems excessive and unfair! My Dh does the same thing - he is very good about me and the girls but one year sent all the presents to his family via *overnight* mail because he was so late. :sad2:

Justine - I am so sorry that Henry keeps getting colds! I finally bought a snot sucker yesterday and congratulated myself on doing it before she needed in the middle of the night.

Hi Ryan! :wave2:

SL - most fast walkers walk faster than I run!! Disney gives you a 16 minute mile, so it's actually very doable for you elbow-akimbo ladies!

GM - I hope your search goes better. I loathe interviewing. I look like a total idiot, just talking fast and wanting to get the hell outta there.

Icebrat - love the bed! And I don't know what I'd do about flying/driving. Probably fly - *knowing* that it's going to be hell. Kailey was a nightmare to fly with at that age (we called her feral monkey girl after one 6 hour flight) but at least it's over with quickly. No chores, 10 pairs of undies, a digital thermometer and I find my pediatricians by asking everyone around me- go to your local playground and ask the moms if they LOVE their ped.

And LOL - Kailey refused to blow her nose until she was four, so we had to wipe and wipe and wipe and wipe and . . .

GLT - good to hear from you. Are you back home? :grouphug:

Hi Tamie - I know, no time, no time!!

Jill - Thrilled you are done with your paper - you must be so relieved!!

Dh has been patient, I need to feed the cats and take the baby back. She won't sleep these last few days unless I'm in the room with her.

I tried to read as much as I could so I would have some idea what everyone was talking about ;)

justthat - Wow, what a Christening!! It's all very beautiful!

zalansky - I love your pics. Glad you had a good trip. The family of the day! That's so exciting. You could crop that picture of Connor and remove Cam and use the other picture of her that you like. You can put them side by side and create one picture. I can do it for you easily if you want. You look great by the way!

alice - That's so sad about Greg!! How awful! My mom heard narcalepsy (I know I'm not spelling that right) on the radio, not sure if that's the official word or a rumor. That's great that your stuff came today! I haven't sold any growth charts for the holidays, I'm kinda bummed.

nucpharm - You guys do so much, I really need to get to the library or some fun programs with Tyler.

jill - congrats on getting your research paper done!

diskim - lol about giving Emmy a chocolate bar and sending her to bed. Could you do that with me please?

icebrat - What a cool room you have planned!!

ff - Does Kona like prunes? Poor girl!

sl - Did I see someone congratulate you on your raise? I missed that it went through, congrats!!

I feel like I can't catch up with life these days. I am digitally scrapbooking calendars for my mom and DH's mom and I really need to get that done. I always have Christmas decorations up by now and I haven't put a single thing out yet. We have a really busy weekend ahead too, yuck.

My DH just found out he has to go to Europe again for a week in the middle of December. I'm not thrilled at all with the timing!

Guess what I stumbled upon at Target last night? A Tickle me Elmo! I have one so I bought one for my SIL to give to her son. I saw a woman walking down the main aisle and she said "yes" under her breath and I saw what she was carrying. I quick checked the aisle and another one was just sitting there. I can't believe she didn't buy the other one and try to sell it!

I also started a super strict eating and exercise plan this week. I only have 6 weeks or so until we go to Mexico. I'll never be close to swim suit ready with the holidays coming if I don't give myself some rules to follow.

ok - I need to get working on my calendar!
bye!

tkyes - way to go on the TMX! About the cards, I actually did excatly what you suggested earlier today on Kodakgallery.com and used 3 pics, one of each of the kids and the one of them in front of the tree and it came out good.....I was happy with it. Thanks for the suggestion.

I didn't get my Gymbo order today. Bummer!

I am heading to bed, see you all tomorrow. :goodvibes

FF- about Kona- will she eat Triscut crackers? Those things have a ton of fiber in them. My kids can eat 1/2 a box, they really like them. Or make her some super high fiber toast- put jelly on it maybe so she'll eat it if normally she doesn't like wheat breat? Dried apricots? What about real licorice candy? Would she eat that? That is a natural laxative....she probably wouldn't like it though. Lots and lots of water with maybe just a teeny bit of metamucil or something like that in it? I'm so sorry she is constipated- that hurts so badly.

Fab- Why does your DH story sound vaguely familiar to me? I don't think a men are multi-taskers when it comes to household stuff. I really don't. I wish I had bought those pink cowgirl boots- they are to DIE for. My *other* Gymbo order hasn't even been shipped yet! What's up with that! I only made it 36 hours later and it's still 'processing'. They better not write me and tell me something is wrong with it or I'll scream.

Oh wait...................I just had a thought.............crap, I might have to call the company. I used my debit card for that order, and twice today I have gotten letters or calls saying that when I made an online purchase with that card, they couldn't get authorization (WTH WTH WTH?)- we have money in there, there must just be a glitch with the darn card. :furious: I better call them tomorrow. Oh man oh man.........

Tamie- I know what you mean about being busy...I had a thought today that involved Christmas cards. I just do not want to do them this year! I don't! DH wants me to write a stupid letter, get our pictures taken, the whole yards and I just don't wanna. I'm sorry your DH has to go away in a couple weeks- he won't be gone long, will he?

OK, now I'm obsessed with the Gymboree order, esp since, you know, it's not even for me- I better call them now.

:wave2:

icebrat- The name of the crib mattress we have is Sealy Natural Rest, and we bought it from Target.

Robin- If we go to WDW in March, then it will be the week of the 12th.

Jill- Congrats on finishing your paper!

DisKim- Your blog project sounds interesting.

Ginamarie- Good luck in court tomorrow. My DH had jury duty tonight. He said the def att was a goofball. He kept quoting the law wrong, and the pros att kept having to object to what he was saying.

Tamie- Congrats on finding Elmo. Hope you sell some growth charts soon. I'm also bummed b/c I haven't been able to sell any Usborne Books for the holidays either. My sister said it is b/c people don't think of books as gifts for Christmas. :confused3

FF- How about trying some of the prune baby food or juice? That always worked for us. I think they sell prune with apples.

TTFN!

Ugh...I'm so wired over this moving drama that I can't go to bed. DH has a terrible toothache and couldn't get into the dentist until tomorrow so he is passed out and was not in any sort of talkative mood about our move. Grrrr. I looked at everything in writing and it looks pretty good. The 25K was not the moving $$, it was the amount they will cover on our fees to sell the house (we won't need that much so all will be covered). We DO get the re-lo agent to organize everything for us!!! The only thing is really the house and how long it will take to sell. DH doesn't think he'll start until January and can probably work from here for awhile....although he's off to New York next week with this new position.

We did tell the girls about moving tonight over Papa John's Pizza. Hayley cried which was expected, but now she's being more positive. There is a community theatre group where we are going to live that is currently doing High School Musical, so we know there will be a place for the girls to perform - that helped. Once we have a house and know which schools they will be attending it will be easier for them to visualize things.

Floridafam - I was also going to suggest some good whole wheat stuff. They do sell prune/apple juice that Hayley says isn't too bad...she had "issues" with that in the last few years. I know that must be painful for Kona. Poor baby!

robin - I hate those "glitches" with debit cards...they always freak me out. It happened to us at the Cindy Breakfast last time we were at WDW - DH totally freaked out and sprinted to the ATM where all was fine. Hope all is well!

tykes - way to score an Elmo!!! We just got Hayley's original Tickle Me from '96 out to see if Carson likes it - it needs batteries. Good luck with the exercise/diet planning! You can do it!

fab - Sorry DH was a whiner about multi-tasking tonight! I have to say my DH is absolutely amazing with Carson....he does so much and I KNOW he never was so helpful with the girls. Maybe it's cuz he's 10 years older? It's probably because the kid is so darn happy most of the time - not much screaming going on! I do notice he is very quick to pass him off when he cries!

ginamarie - good luck in court tomorrow!

diskim - glad Aidan's on the mend! I know how you feel about Emmy - aren't girls this age just lovely sometimes? And Hayley already has Aunt Flo visiting regularly, and I can most definitely tell when she is coming!!! Hayley goes completely psycho on me and totally freaks out about her looks every time.

jill - Don't you feel wonderful having that paper finished? Good job! You'll manage to get ready for the trip/Christmas because that is fun stuff!

Well, I need to get some sleep. Actually I NEED to get scrubbing on this house!!!!!

OK, my eyes are drooping shut, but I called Gymbo and the 16 year old boy I talked to said my order was already sent to the warehouse and no problems were encountered with my card. I said, "Huh, it's still showing as 'processing' on the website" and he said, "No, I show here it's already set for shipment on the 25th." Huh? That's the night I ordered it- a Saturday night.

The other company that had a problem with it called me, so hopefully they will too if that is the hang up- I don't see it out of my checking acct yet. I'm just nervous since this is a gift. And I guess I need to go to my bank and see what the dang problem is with my card. So weird.

Anyway, congrats to Jill for completing her paper! WOO!

Diz- I'm sorry your DH has a toothache- those are so awful. I have much more sensitive teeth the last couple of years and I hate it.

GM- good luck tomorrow in court!

Tamie- I forgot to tell you CONGRATS in finding the Elmo! I might go to the Target that's a 'quiet' Target tomorrow and try and scout one out for Joats and Kim. You never know........plus I 'need' some of that Archer Farms caramel nut corn....I have a coupon for a $1 off Archer Farms stuff so it would only be $2.50 for that big giant jar. Mmmmmmmm.....yummy. :rolleyes1 Anyway, it's just an excuse to get out of the house for an hour or so.

Although, now that I think about it, I told DH he could take the Tribeca tomorrow if need be, as it might be freezing rain here tonight and tomorrow morning. Oh joy. He had to make an emergency stop with our truck tonight as the oil light came on. He just had the oil changed a month ago and he said it was way, way low. But he couldn't find a leak. Sigh. I *SO* do not want to have to put much money into this truck except for preventive maintainance- this truck is just to get us by until probably 2009 or so, when we can afford a 2nd car payment and get him an Outback again- we miss our Outback. I can't recommend them enough!

OK, sorry for the ramble! He seemed to think it would be nothing, and my dad is the only previous owner and I KNOW he took good care of it. It only has 75K miles on it or so, and it's a 96!

I feel compelled to add (just for clarity's sake, ya know) that this was not a matter of opening a jar - it was a 30 minute Marinara *production* that included chopping up garlic, opening multiple cans and simmering while seasoning.

Get some priorities, man!!

Fab--you kill me! Your story about your DH reminds me of what my DH did the other night--funny, I forgot to mention it here--anyway, he was up doing work late--about midnight when he finished. I had been sleeping for about 2 hours by then, and then some devil possessed him--He thought it would be a good idea to deep clean our master bathroom at 12:30in the morning--WTH??? I woke up and was like WTH is going on--you are doing what???? They're crazy sometimes!

dizagain-The move package sounds a lot like what we got--our relocation coordinator was useless though. Hope your house sells quickly, they don't buy your house from you??? That was our ace in the hole, b/c if our house didn't sell in 60 days (which amazingly it did) the company would give us an offer on it. Luckily, we made a little more $$$ by selling it. yeah, you weren't around during all our moving drama! Hope yours goes much more smoothly! :thumbsup2

alice--congrats on getting the starwars stuff! I was so jazzed about the crayola stuff as well. Unfortunately, when I showed it to DH, he was just like, "Oh, nice" Come on buddy a little xmas spirit is in order here! Hope they can figure out your Gymbo order soon!

tkyes--Score on the TMX elmo!!!! DS is supposed to be getting one from DMIL for xmas--but it was purchased by DH's 80 year old Grandma, so it might not actually be the TMX kind--but not that big of a deal, Matthew won't ever know the difference!

J&D--hope you can sell some books! I love books as gifts, as my children love to read. Emma is getting the storybook bible this year.

gina--Have you heard anything about the jobs you've applied for? PD and lots of prayers coming your way!

Well, both kids have just gotten up so off to "work" for me! Chat later!

Good morning!

Dizagain - where are you movint to again? I am thinking it was NC or GA because I recall being jealous as I want us to move to NC. Good luck with everything and I hope your house sells quickly.

FF - Prunes always do the trick for Cameryn but I think she is getting to a stage where she may refuse them soon. Hopefully not. I hope her issue clears up soon. Did you get that Macys coupon? And buy that purse? ;)

Robin - You are funny about your Gymbo order! I hope its not too cold by you. How is Sam feeling? The big 9 year old that he is!

GLT - how are you doing? Hanging in there, I hope.

Fabu - I just went and read the marinara story, that is hilarious. :rotfl:

icebrat - I love the plans for Tess's room!!! And the clothes you had gotten also. I meant to ask you, I'd seen posts from you a while back I think and you and DP were considering a move to the Tampa area and it looks like you moved here! Am I right about that ir am I thinking of the wrong person? If I am right, you are my neighbor! :thumbsup2

nucpharm - I keep forgetting to mention I love your new siggie picture. You guys all look great in that shot. I can't believe how big the kids are!

j&d - hope you sell some books soon. I told all of my sisters they can give books to my kids for Xmas. I hope they pull through, I am sure they will.

jill - congrats on finishing your paper!

diskim - how is Aiden today? Hopefully still on the mend. How old is Emily again? I was 14 when Aunt Flo arrived and I think I was lucky to get it a little later than most of the girls I was friends with. How are her braces doing? I still loathe mine and actually want them off. What was I thinking?

ginamarie - Are you looking for a FT position? I thought I saw a post a few pages back about that? I hope you can stay part time.

Hi to the moms I missed :wave2:

I've got to get ready to get my hair cut and colored today. I dread this sometimes because it takes 3 full hours. UGH. I also have to stop and pick up invites for Connors birthday party. We are having it at Pump It Up - do you have one of these by you? It is an indoor play place with huge inflatables for the kids to jump on. It is costing us much more than I'd like and 3 days after Xmas bites. Plus, I have a feeling people may not be able to come because they may go out of town for the holidays. Oh, we may go to North Carolina right after Xmas for a few days to look around some....DH agreed last night so I am totally psyched. I am just tired of Florida with the too hot and long summers, humidity....the raised cost of living....and his family close by. I think a few hundred miles between us would be a healthy change.

Have a good day ladies. I hope my Gymbo comes today! :goodvibes

Morning Mommies,

loretta,

Would your DH have to transfer with his company? Can he work from anywhere? Keep us posted on what happens if you go to N. Carolina.

I haven't purchased the purse yet. I called our local Macys and they don't carry Coach because we live in such a small town.

So, I went online and it says the coupon can't be used for Coach-which stinks because they only say that in the e-mail they sent out and not on the coupon. I also ordered 2 Macys gift cards from our Citibank CC rewards and they haven't arrived yet-I thought that would help bring my final total down even more.

Thanks again for the coupon, I'll let you know when I order the bag. :thumbsup2

Kona and I are on our own today. Dh went into work for a while. It sure has been nice having him home. Kona did have a dirty diaper last ngiht but only after an enema. She was really acting like she was in pain and didn't want to go. A TON came out so I know she had to go. I'm just wondering if it hurts to go and it is making her not want to go. We are going to up the fiber in her diet and keep her hydrated and hopefullly things will get better.

Does anyone want my Gymbo code off my coupon? Just PM me if you want it.

I'll be back later. :wave2:
