I'm happy to annouce that Maefly has gotten us a new croc to replacement Flora for the future (or until she is found). This new croc's name will be:

For those of you that don't know Bob Varley was important member of these boards and the DISunplugged podcast that passed away suddenly in April. Although I never met Bob I felt connected to him through the weekly podcasts I listened to. No matter how bad of a day I was having at work, Bob could always make me laugh out loud in the staff room. After Bob's passing I decided that a nice way to honor him and make sure he was remembered would be to name the next new croc after him.

Bob Focker (the croc) will be taking over Flora's list as soon as he's ready.
I'm sure Maefly will post us pictures when he arrives.

This is great. Is he available during my trip Aug 24-30 if he is I would like him. I do not want to give up Falaon though. Is it greedy to want both? I too loved to listen to Bawb and still enjoy his videos. Him poking the storm trooper is hilarious. He is greatly missed and this will be a well loved croc.

He is available for your trip dates. I'd be willing to let you have both as long as no one else signs up for those dates. I do kind of want him for my trip as well but he's taken for my dates so I'll have to stick with Faolan.

Bob's here safe and sound in PA. I did find a dole whip trading pin, so I will include that with his accessories. Waiting on the ball cap, camera and scooter to arrive. When everything is here, I will ship UPS to wherever Mel tells me to......hope all works out!!!


should I include a small pair of white angel wings with him? They can be elastic-ed around his neck/waist. Or will this make him a sad croc!?? Opinions, please!!!

All the accessories sound good to me. Bob will already have some angel wings on one of the tags I made him.

I guess this is a stupid question ...but WHERE do you get those little Mickey ears?? WDW.....of course...but I haven't seen them there. Is there a specific place that they can be purchased? SOOO cute!!!

I'm working from home today & the mail just arrived ....... with FLORA!!!!
Unfortunately, the box itself doesn't seem to really have anything to indicate where she's been all this time. I don't know if she was hanging out in the back of a P.O. somewhere or what!?! BUT ..... the important part ....... SHE SHOWED UP!!! We now have her back in circulation!

Okay - what do I do with her now??? I think someone was supposed to have her between our May & July trips! I can send her off today if I need to. I just need to know where she goes.

Of course, we would love to have her back for our July trip!

Unfortunately, the box itself doesn't seem to really have anything to indicate where she's been all this time. I don't know if she was hanging out in the back of a P.O. somewhere or what!?! BUT ..... the important part ....... SHE SHOWED UP!!! We now have her back in circulation!

Okay - what do I do with her now??? I think someone was supposed to have her between our May & July trips! I can send her off today if I need to. I just need to know where she goes.

I could just run her down to the Vet's office & see about getting a chip popped in her ..........

I don't know where she went, but she sure took her own sweet time to get here! Maybe she went to WDW without us!!!

It's soooo good to see her again! She even still has the green ribbon around her neck that I tied on her last July!
