We leave on vacation on Friday but do not check in to Disney until Saturday. 5 days - can't wait!! I wish we received our MagicBands in he mail - we are Canadian so we have to pick them up at the resort at check in.

Five days for us too! So excited and there is so much to be done in the next five days. My middle son is at camp a little over an hour away and I pick him up Friday at 4. Drive home, do laundry to finish packing him up and leave for the airport at 6 am Saturday morning. What was I thinking?

We have a CP ADR at 8:05am on Sunday morning and today I got a phone call from Disney notifying me of the monorail not running early. I said I had planned to take the boat since we are staying at the Poly and she commented how well prepared I was. I thought to myself, "You don't know the half of it, sister!"

That's nice that they're calling people who have early ADRs! We have an 8:10 for CP during our trip, but we're staying at BLT, so I think we'll probably just walk over.

I got a coupon book with passes for mini golf, disney quest, spa discount etc. Also luggage tags even though I am driving. I don't think I will use the coupons since I get AP discounts and have the premium so DQ is free anyway, but it was fun to get!

Also I just bought a mickey mouse doorbell. I'm so excited. I have been looking for one to compliment my door knocker for months and something I liked popped up on ebay I'm excited! Just 10 more days.

Life has been super stressful lately, so I am really looking forward to this short vacation.

(I don't want to get flamed here but...) I am right now not a fan of the United States Postal Service! My FP+ package tracker says that it was delivered at 2:39pm today and guess what??? I DIDN'T GET A PACKAGE!!! I called the local post office and spoke to someone and they will call back to where it is but he said he didn't know why it would be marked/scanned delivered if it wasn't. I DON'T HAVE MY PACKAGE AND I WANT THEM NOW!!!!!

Right there with ya, sister! I actually emailed them regarding the crazy cross country tour of mine and I got a response today that basically said there are often driver/delivery errors and they can't always be explained and while they strive to provide great customer service many things are out of their control Hopefully you can get things figured out!! Oh, and if it helps....they're delivered in an inconspicuous brown box that doesn't say Disney or anything on it. Hopefully that will ease your mind that someone didn't take it.

I'm having the same problem with our MB's. Had to call the local office as well. They proceeded to tell me that they were out for delivery & I should get them either today or tomorrow.

Hello! I finally made it back! My cousin got married in Missouri this past weekend and I spent a few days up there visiting family and prepping for the wedding. It was amazing! We had beautiful weather the entire time, and the boys got along the entire 8 hour drive there, the entire time we were there, and for the first 4 hours of the trip back. After that first 4 hours we got stuck in traffic FOREVER and things went to crap.... But it's all back to normal now!

We had a blast! While I was doing wedding stuff, my dad and grandpa took the boys four wheeling over in Oklahoma, and just hung out. I loved it, but I'm glad to be home.

We got magic bands today!!!! Also it's only 15 more days until DD17 arrives!

I agree with a post-July thread! It would be great to have a place to post about how wonderful our trips were and to relive the magic.

I'm all for a Post trip thread! I feel awkward going on and on about vacations I came back from because I always think that people don't really want to hear, and are just listening to be nice.... Like I'm bragging or something lol. Now at work it's a different story, because we're all going/went to disney this month and next so we're all talking non stop about it!!

Happy birthday to DisneyMomFanatic!!! Sorry you had to go through all that at the hotel...those situations make me upset, and I would have asked for the comp room on a different date, and if they didn't comply I would write a letter or email about the experience...I have asthma too and no AC would also affect me seriously.

On a positive note, email yesterday said that our magic bands are in Jersey City, very close to home!!
