So, in an effort to find my "delivered" magic bands, I today called the post office again and spoke to the manager that I spoke to yesterday. The same one that PROMISED me he would find out from my carrier what happened to my delivered package. I spoke to him and he was so sorry that he "dropped the ball" and forgot to find out what happened. I'm sorry, you WHAT??? How many other complaints do you have that you forgot mine??? If it's that many, you all are in trouble. So fine, He will find out today and absolutely get back to me today no later than 7pm but if I want to, I can call him after 5:30pm. I started trying to call at 5:45pm until 7pm and every time I called, every 3 minutes or so, it was continually busy. How is that possible for that length of time??? Did I get a call from the manager by 7pm??? NO I DID NOT!!! I am furious.

So, I call Disney and explain what happened and they were so nice. They are shipping out a new set and said if we receive the first set, just use them as souvenirs. I had told the manager that this was very important vacation stuff. He said oh, that's nice.

So done with them. What he doesn't know is that if he doesn't call me tomorrow by noon, he will be getting a visit!
