I saw on the Entertainment Weekly site that they are getting rid of Dr. Erica Hahn. I guess her and Calli are going to break up and she will be written off the show somehow.

I saw that too, I'm just as happy, I never cared for her character.

I do like the new guy, Dr. Owen Hunt. He'll be a nice addition.

I saw that about Hahn as well. I hate those quick drop offs of characters...but I wasn't digging the storyline all that much. I wonder why they decided to fire her? I didn't the article really gave a reason, and I was appreciating that they were putting a gay relationship out there.

I was shocked that Hahn was just dropped. I wonder if they had filmed episodes with her in it that will have to be re-shot. I didn't like the whole Callie/Hahn relationship so I'm not sad to see that end. I did like Hahn's character when she was her witchy, tough self.

I'm not sure about the new guy, I'll have to wait and see. I don't find him attractive at all but I guess there are plenty of good looking men on the show already.

The only commercials I remember someone saying they were pregnant was Rose. When Callie was still married to George she mentioned about getting pregnant, but that was last season.

WAY too forced! That's what the article I saw said, too. It said the chemistry between Hahn and Torres wasn't there. Duh! A good steamy homosexual relationship is fine by me. This one, though... I could imagine them shaking hands at the end of the day, but that's about it.

Best role "Hahn" ever had was the senator's DD in Silence of the Lambs.

I didn't care for the storyline either, it did seem forced. I am surprised they are writing Hahn off so soon, but I don't think she has really connected to any of the other characters that much, she seems so bitter and not really wanting to get to know anyone and just all about being the best.

I heard they were getting rid of Hahn b/c she didn't "fit in" as well with the rest of the cast and didn't have good chemistry w/Callie. The strange part I heard is that they're going to continue to have Callie as a lesbian and go through many different relationships with other women. It seems strange since she seems to enjoy her time with Sloan....

I would too, if it wasn't for that fact that the following season they had her mooning over George like Denny was never there. And now she's back with Alex. It's now been 3 years. The Denny storyline is soooo old already. Doesn't Grey's Anatomy have enough in their budget to hire Izzy another actor to love, besides recycling through the three of these every other week? It's like this show can't function unless Izzy is mooning over someone. Aren't there more personal storylines for doctors to have?

Also, Hahn seems to only be able to play one note. Annoyed and more annoyed. Maybe the produceres realized this actress is extremely limited in range. . .Or maybe they found she's like this is real life too, and isn't a "good fit" with everyone else.

I'm kind of over Denny, too. They have brought him back so many times and I think she barely knew him!
Was that the last of Dr. Hahn or is she going to make a big stink about Izzy before she leaves?
I did like the story line. Izzy finally realized that she did "steal" the heart and there was another person who deserved it who was also loved.

I think they showed you how they are going to get rid of Dr.Hahn. She is going to flip Izzy in and start a whole investigation drama, the Chief is going to go balistic b/c she'll endanger the transplant program, the hospital's rating etc, etc.. it will have huge reprecussions on everyone and she will have to go. Not a team player...airing dirty laundry thats already been dealt with ...

So, the Chief is pontificating all the time about the hospital's status as a teaching hospital and yet the interns don't know how to do anything because the attendings and the 2nd years don't teach them anything? WTH?!? So, the interns steal corpses from the morgue on which they can practice without anyone saying boo hoo to them? WTH!?!

I thought Thursday night's episode was better than most of them recently, but everything is getting to be pretty far-fetched.

Well, tonights episode could have been real good if not for that dumb Denny storyline. Why o why did they have to bring him back from the dead! Is this Catherine Heigl's way of leaving Grey's? I mean what was with all that moaning from Izzy's room!?! Give me a break! All night long with a ghost.

I enjoyed all the other stories tonight...poor Dr Torres!

I hope the next one will be actually good(in 2 weeks). The tension between Christina and Meredith could be good.

I hope they start teaching the interns now. I wasn't all that excited about the concept of Christina chossing who gets to do the solo surgery, but we'll see.

I actually am enjoying the Denny story line....get rid of the ugly doc that has the hots for Christina and bring Burke back.
