Thought it was a great episode--not the best I've seen but well worth the wait!
I am not liking Lexie too much...realistically, do you think she would really stop her sister as she is rushing into the ER with a dying patient to say "I'm your sister"?!
I darn near fell off my seat when George showed up at the door and was really getting mad when Meredith said she was done with Derek---but, hmmm, that looks like it isn't the end yet!
