Just finally watched it.

I can't believe Lane is pregnant already! They just got back from their honeymoon 2 days before, and would have only did it like maybe 6 days before that! To know already! And be sick already! Wow!!

Didn't like Rory getting all mad at Lor, but glad she realized that even moms make mistakes

Don't know what to make of the whole Lor/Luke/Chris thing. I didn't like the chemistry between Luke and Lor once they got together. It was so much better when they were just flirting. Like Liz said, they never committed fully with the move-in, he didn't tell her about his daughter right away, they just didn't click. It always seemed like too much work, them being together.

But I don't know if I want her with Chris either. Though I think they are funny together. He has always understood her sense of humor, and fit in well with the two gals.

We'll see where it goes!

Ugh, ugh, ugh. My dog looked at me a little weirdly last night at the end scene when Lorelai called Chris. She was sound asleep on my feet when all of a sudden, I yelled, "Oh, my god, NO!" Then, the dog went up to bed with DH--he snores but apparently, that's better than random outbursts disturbing her beauty sleep.

I really enjoyed the first episode--lots of banter and things seemed to be getting back to normal between Rory & Lorelai. This episode was just kind of --bleh, to me.

You're right, MM, she does run to Chris every time she gets upset about something and I just hate that. I want to smack her. And I want Lorelai and Luke back together.

I would like to see Chris and Lorelai get together. They have had just as much of an on/off thing over the seasons. It seems like she always call Chris when she is most down. Personally I don't see as much of the Luke thing as the Chris thing for compatibility. However, I am betting the writers end up with Luke and Lorelai so you just have to wait.

I got a kick out of the cotillion girls. I loved shes here for the tea party, what tea party thing. Michel is a kick.

I agree..the episode was quite slow but it still had some good parts for the characters...Rory " connecting with Logan with the text M."
Lane and Zack finally "breaking through" I sure hope something good happens for them!

Michel was cute...I actually liked him this evening.

Lor and Chris....I just don't have a good feeling about this. Chris has Never hung around for her...he always would ride off...remember. (he is cute though)

I thought Michel was cute in this. Normally I like him for his snarky remarks but I liked him in this one.

The Rory/Logan text message part at the end made me laugh. I'm not sure it was meant for us to laugh at but I liked it all the same.

I hope that the scene with Rory and Luke is showing that at least Rory will still be able to see Luke. I wanted to group hug them when she walked in. I feel like Luke always had a soft spot for Rory.

When Richard and Emily wouldn't react to Lor's news of the breakup I was laughing. And the whole thing with her not knowing if she really liked Pop Tarts was cute. But the Christopher thing I'm not feeling. In fact I used to want her with Luke but I'm not sure I'm feeling that either. I think maybe she needs a new man... is Taylor married?

That was the 1st thing DH said when he noticed the hat. That and that it was too big for his head.

About the dresses- I think it is just bad dress choices. I saw her on one of the late night shows and she looked just as thin as always. Of course, I am not 100% sure since I don't really keep up with the whole celebrity bump watch thing.

I thought that the white dress yesterday was nice (and looked better than that ug-o wedding dress she got) but that striped monstrosity- ew.

I thought the same thing! That Loreleis clothes were very unflattering!!

I liked Logan this week, he was cute and charming.

I found it funny and ironic that Lane was giving Rory advice on phone sex when she is a 'virgin plus once', and Rory has more experience!!

I like Lor and Chris. He loves her. He really does. And ya, she does run to him whenever there is a problem, but what does that say? That she knows he is always there for her, and she can depend on him......

I have a feeling things still wont work out between Lorelai and Chris. He's always her "go to" guy when things aren't going well with whatever relationship she happens to be in at the time. I honestly don't see this as a permanent thing and I still think she's going to end up back with Luke.

I always think Rory and Logan are adorable even when they're an entire continent away from eachother

And I was WAY thrown off when Lane announced her pregnancy. Whoa. I haven't had a chance to watch as much of this season as I would like so maybe I missed something. Was there any foreshadowing there at all? That threw me for a loop. But they were cute and I'm glad they are on the same page as far as having a baby goes...even if it is to react with complete horror

I just wish that someone on that show would pay attention to timelines!!! there's no way Lane would know she was pregnant, I mean really how long was the freaking honeymoon?!?! Why was Logan at work on a Saturday (yeah it's a newspaper, but a meeting??) I love this show but little things like that irk me.

btw, I too like Lorelai and Chris together...I wonder how/if they're going to speed through the summer....

I was wondering that too. It's kind of odd when their season don't match reality... not that you don't know it's all fiction but it must be unusual because it feels off. They did that the last season of Everwood too. I think it was filmed for the fall but they used it in the spring and just as it was warming up they were putting on mufflers and gloves... just felt off.

For the last couple of seasons - they always pick up right where they left off and then they have their "jump" about 3 or 4 episodes in - I think this week is the last one before they fast forward to the fall

I loved what Chris said to Lorelai - I like them together - I think the fact that she is always the person she turns to means that she is the most connected to him
