Annon at SD:
*Well you should definitely watch the trial. Jason loses control a few times when Liz testifies.
What happens?
He gets angry at Ric when Ric goes after Liz. Very angry. Happens more than once.
Jason basically wants to kill Ric with his bare hands. He needs to be held back. He screams at Ric to stop trying to tear Elizabeth's life apart. There is chaos. It gets crazy and Jason ends up yelling at the judge too.
Lucky calls Jason a piece of trash who was saving Liz all these times because he wanted her for himself. Jason once again, does not deny.
I have no info on who the surprise witness is. Sorry.[/font]Insider
Is Jason convicted?
No.
The Mayor steps in before it gets ugly. There are very heated looks exchanged.
This sounds good!!
Jason gets a few minutes alone with Liz before the trial. He is mistakenly put in the witness room instead of the holding room. They speak of Jake and his safety and Jason wants them to protect that.
Does Jason know Ric will ask Liz about their night together?
No he doesn't think so but he makes it clear he doesn't want the truth out.
Does Lucky leave during the recess or does he stay until Liz is done testifying??
When Liz is done testifying she looks at Lucky but he turns around and leaves.
Does she say anything to Ric for his mouth?
Yes, that whole scene in the IL about Sam/Ric/Liz goes down just that way. Ric says Jason changed Liz and Liz says Ric hasn't changed at all.
does liz lie about the phone call or tell the truth?
She covers. Says she didn't know who it was from or what it was about. For all she knows Jason works in the coffee industry.
Sam on the other hand gives some damaging testimony.
Where does Lucky go?? I know it's a closed court but does the news get around that Liz screwed Jason?
Lucky heads home. Where he yells at Nic and asks him how long did he know about Liz/Jason
Is Jason there when she says that to Ric?
No he is the interrogation room with Sonny. Still ticked about what Ric did to Liz and is venting to Sonny. Sonny thinks Liz should have fessed up. Says if there ever was a time for the truth to come out that was it. Jason goes back at him saying he wants Jake to be safe, and Lucky isn't facing a life in prison. Sonny tells him he will make sure Jason isn't either and will make sure he is free. If Jas wants to protect his son, he needs to beat these charges and claim his him.
What does Sam say when she testifies and what is Jason's reaction?
She doesn't lie but she does go on to say that Jason killed 5 men that she knows of. She makes Ric look good until Diane cross examines and Sam is forced to admit he killed those men in self defense.
Kate does a great job on the stand. When Ric brings up the word "kill" as in hearing Sonny say it, Kate says she says it all the time in her biz. She doesn't see herself being accused of murder for it. She does great for the defense and Sonny is very happy with her.
Insider - anything on my Scrubs?
Well they are dealing with Noah as usual. Pat says that he think Noah is living the dream as Eli. Robin asks if he's sorry that he met her. To which Pat assures her he is not and he is committed to her. He just doesn't begrudge his father some happiness. Bobbie shows up on the canvas to tell them they need to stop Noah from being Eli because it will kill him.
Coleman also shows up later in the week
About the Bobbie scenes. She sees Noah at the bar at the MC. He turns down a shot and she tells him to be careful. He says he's got it under control. Later a fan buys him another shot and acting as Eli, he downs it*
