WOOHOO Finally got threw after 56 mins on hold. She said there are 300 behind me so they will be in for a long wait.

The only values available for Sept 15-22 were Sports or Music.

We took 2 rooms at Music no preferred rooms available


BUT we are booked so who cares. She laughed when I said I didn't care as long as we got a room lol

And when I said I wanted to book the free dining she laughed and said what a surprise lol

been dialing since 6:55 EST and I am still on hold.... what did I do wrong. I said new reservation and put in the phone number is that the problem, shouldn't have taken the time to put in a phone number.... ugh.... I guess I will drive with the phone as much as I hate to do that. Good thing I live in rural oregon and not in the city. I will be traveling on roads where no man goes very often anyway....

Question: I am trying to modify a reservation for my sister because she booked with Mom's visa and I tried for her as well and I was told even to the supervisory level that unless mom was traveling that wasn't allowed. But, mom called for her and they took the reservation, deposit and all and never said a word. they asked for card holder name, address and all and no one said a word. will there be a problem at check in if mom isn't there???

Finally got through after 1 hour on hold! Already had a ressie for Pop, was able to modify it for free dining. But I did have to add a day (darn ) and had to take a preferred room. SO Pop, free dining, Sept 9-15th!!!!!!!!!!!

So, are you going to be there Sept 9-15, or Sept 9-20 (based on your sig)?

Yeah, I told the CM I want ASMo or POP as my first choices and when he said it was only Music and Sports - I said, bummer - well I'll take Music - I'll take $1400 over my first choice of hotel any day...he laughed.

POR 7 nights, standard sept6-13 free food! I already had a ressie and was able to change it, no problem. I called the second my clock struck 6 (chgo time) and waited about 50 minutes. we still have dial-up, I have no cell phone, so I worked 3 crossword puzzles while waittng!!! (did you all know another word for axe is adz(e)?)( uh-uh, I was going to surprise hubby with that one next scrabble game, maybe he won't read this!)
