just curious - how do you get your kids out of school for this? I'm trying to take my daughter for the kids tri, but it is in the middle of testing, they are going to laugh me out of the school office for even asking!

just got off the phone total hold time and talking with the CM 29 mintues

staying 19-27 got POP with no problem......

this is weird, i changed over to a pkg thrusday and pd 200.00 down with my Disney Visa, but today the CM credited the 200.00 from thruday and re-did the 200.00 again this morning on my Disney Visa, asked him was the 200.00 not good enough from thrusday, said no had to be done today...

oh well no harm not foul.........

oh, just to add you dont have to pay the entire thing with a visa card just the deposit. I already had my vacation with dining paid for and they just took another $ 200 deposit with my Disney visa and refunded my initial deposit to the card I paid. She said no need to cancel and rebook! So now I have some money going back into my checking account and I added an extra night! YEA!

Because it dawned on me ---- how do they know which call on hold came in first? I have never see a phone system that numbers the on-hold calls. So i just figured......... Plus I have the other phone on hold from the original call. UGH!! Does anyone know how this works? I think that when I get a person and am done I'll ask them about it. Hey better yet, if anyone is on and finishing up with a CM please ask. Thanks.

Hey guys

I was wondering since I couldn't get thru right now to ask if anyone of you that has talked to a actual person as of now, Did they tell you how many nights had to be booked to get the free dining? Some people have been saying 3 nights and some say they have changed it to 5 night minimum. Can you help me, which one is it?

Just got off the phone and it worked!!!!! Started calling 6:50 (5:50 my time) and was on hold for 30 minutes. But hey, the disney music was better than my alarm clock, he he.
Will be at POR 9/22-9/29 with FREE DINING!!!! YEAH!!!!

I changed over my ressie today and was not asked for my disney visa at all just the last 4 number to verifiy that I had it they didnt cr and recharge my card or change my resv number

got a CM now on the original call. R-e-a-l-l-y S-L-O-W! They switched me to a visa officer!!! or maybe she said visa OFFER, cause it sounds like the same person

CM just said "Wow, 200 calls in queue...i don't think I've ever seen that before"

So, better be patient

Also, we are getting rooms at POFQ, Standard, 9/22 to 9/29. She did mention, "There are only 3 water view rooms available", but we are getting 2 standard rooms.

I decided I am going to wait until this afternoon when the craziness on CRO phone lines wears off. Don't know if I can sit there..PLUS my kids are being VERY nosey--dying for them to go to school.

Good Luck to everyone on hold and fingers crossed I get what I want when I call later. Geesh, listen to us, last year SAME THING---panic and they ended up extending the booking period as they weren't filling up quick enough..a few hours (or days) isn't going to hurt!
