Woo hoo! Everytime I check this thread I have my fingers crossed for you. What a relief that must be!!

Thanks for your thoughts. We are so excited!!! Every time we go to Disney we always have a 40 day countdown, we started it on Christmas day but just didn't have the excitement to put our stickers on it, I even missed a day and that is very odd for me, well let me tell you tonight after my dh came home we both went and put a sticker on together

This trip is just what we need and we couldn't be more happier

We have done both and prefer the food at 1900 park Fare better. Ohana had a fun parade with the characters, but they stayed at the table longer at 1900 and Mad Hatter actually came back a few times. Ohana is server family style and you have no choice in what you are served while 1900 is a buffet. Hope that helps a little!!!

crocs- I have a mary jane style- There has got to be a code somewhere for free shipping- let me check around for you. I just got my 2 kids 2 pairs of new crocs with 2 jibbitz each for $23 total the other night!!!!

Trip insurance- we didnt buy it. I should have though- for piece of mind

Disney Family Movie Night- I love the thread on the family board with ideas for disney theme nights. We decided to do at least one a week (on Saturdays) with our little ones until the trip. This saturday? I better think fast. Next Saturday is easy- we are taking the kids to see Toy Story on Ice- so we will go to the show (11am), color toy story pics, make pizza planet pizza, and watch TS3- wahoo!

Do you think the Mary Janes run similar to your regular shoes, or do they run smaller/larger?

Eeyore - i wear an 8 1/2 and get my crocs in a size 8. i tried the nines but there were to big.

Thanks for the suggestions! We are going totally different and doing the Donald Safari at Tusker House. Its our AK day and I was talking to DH and he said it was my decision. We are having the breakfast at 9:40 (park opens at 9), and Daisy should be there!

We have the Wishes Dessert party that night, so I knew I wanted to have a TS breakfast then we can do a QS mid-day and enjoy the desserts and fireworks.

I am now driving DH and my co-workers crazy with my daily countdown.

HOW VERY EXCITING.. I will be on the lookout as well since we are arriving the same day. My DD got the mail the other day and there was two pieces of Disney mail.. I was so EXCITED - thought it was the luggage tags and such. I ordered the customized maps and Planning DVD. So we all watched it today. I was so amazed at how much the children remember, My DS (5) was even describing in great detail rides and shows that were not on the DVD. It made me so happy because all the "disney downers" say not to bring kids when they are that little because they will not remember. Well, he remembered everything even which characters were near which ride! I think I have created DISNEY LOVERS!

We loved Tusker House... The juice is so yummy and I loved the safari themed characters! Great choice!

I'm going to try and make me some new LGMH -- last time I just used lime green foam core but my writing on it was terrible and I'd like to make new ones for DS & I. If nothing else, I will always have lime green ribbon/yarn on my black backpack and on my person in some way. If you see us, please stop and say hi!!

Along those lines, please feel free to add whatever pictures you like to our photo section at the FB page, and peruse the ones already there. Then we can all recognize each other! I love looking through the trip photos y'all have posted there so far -- there are some really great shots!

I am going to try to make the mickey heads this time using my paint sample mickey heads from lowes I think I will just get some contact paper to cover them, then cut out and hang from my park bag

Does anyone have any experience with early magic hours? I was planning on trying them out on one of our Mk days (Thursday, Feb 3)- and now I am getting nervous that its going to be crazy crowded and not worth the super early wake up.

To DS & I, getting up and out of bed for EMH at MK is sooooo worth it. We get more done in that first hour plus maybe another hour than we are able to see in half a day at any other time. By about 10am-ish the park starts filling up and we hop to somewhere else. Love EMH mornings!!

The predicted crowd level number for MK for that day is pretty low, so I don't think you'll have any problem!

DH and I are pretty easy to pick out on the East Coast. I was in Cape Cod last year and I dont know how many times I heard "oh your from CA right?"
