I thought I saw several dresses with that neckline. I'm not sure what it is officially called, but that half bra effect didn't look good on anyone.

Those dresses might be ok on Jessica Rabbit, but that's about it.

No, Tracy Ellis Ross' bra cup section was too small for her. Go back to the beginning of this thread and look at Ariana De Bose's similar top. And also Jennifer Garner's dress. There's photos of both of them. They both have a bra cup section that fits their body and breast.

Tracy Ellis Ross has a A-cup size bra section on, when she should have had a D-cup size. Her designer screwed up letting her wear a dress like that.

I was a little surprised Will Smith was allowed to stay. How can you hop out of your seat, storm the stage, assault the host, create a scene, etc and not be walked out? But maybe that would have created a bigger scene….
