It looks like it wasn't pressed down properly. I wonder, if instead of raising the hem that they took it up in the waist, but then forgot to iron the area flat.

But, I think you lose red carpet coverage in 45 min, once ABC takes over and does their exclusive coverage and E! only does recaps of footage they already have. But the Oscars don't start for you on Ch 9 until the show actually starts.

I do like Janey's dress except for the sleeves. The cut of the neckline is nice and it fits her so well.
