I have acquired a taste for cheesecake since we came back from WDW...I had a really delicious slice of coconut cheesecake at the Swan one night, and since then, I can only think of cheesecake... okay I'm exaggerating, but just a little.

Please post your best cheesecake recipes here. They can be any kind, flavored or plain, but they must be really cheesecakey and good!!! YKWIM??? Of course you do.
