The Official Bachelor Thread ~ Deanna comes back!

I think if he was "in love" with them both, he should have PICKED them both. Told them that he needed more time--some real life time--and that if either one was not okay with that, that was fine, too. That way, everyone gets a chance and no one is forced into a decision that he/she is not ready to make. That would have been just as "DRAMATIC" as an ending and it would have given everyone a fair treatment.
I bet that is not allowed per his contract.

Or maybe it's the way she wraps her legs around them all the time.

LMAO.......:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
I was wondering if anyone else ever noticed that???? And then when she would let go, she would stand with her feet still way apart. It was just kind of strange to see, in a rag doll kind of way......LOL.....

Robin, honey, don't harsh my buzz :hippie:.

That's not a buzz, that's a drunken STUPOR!! :rotfl2:

I can't believe we all FELL for this ridiculousness.

What I really can't believe is how Jason allowed ABC to change his rep for the sake of ratings. He was just the sweet doll that got left at the altar by that demon Deanna and now he's getting hate mail on his MySpace page!!

It will be interesting tonight - perhaps we will all learn whatever the truth is. Personally at this point I still believe Jason is sincere and an not going to jump on the bandwagon of some of the haters. I can't believe they would be so vile on his MySpace page. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if there was something a bit off about Melissa.

I didn't watch this whole season, just last night. I'm finding our on-line viewing and witticisms :lmao: are where the real entertainment is. :happytv: :surfweb: :lmao:

As for Jason, this is one of those times where that cliche, "Power corrupts" fits. The producers fed his ego, then probably lured him with, "you will be a Bachelor first in history... you went for the woman you really love."

Especially when they brought back DeAnna who said the exact same thing days earlier, "I made a mistake, I should have went with the other choice..." Odd how they BOTH made the same mistake, but Jason was able to correct his in time before Molly moved on. ;)

Good point. I personally think the whole thing is a joke....totally for the ratings. I also think that Molly is possibly the WORST actress alive....her deer in the headlights mock surprise at Jason's revelation was hysterical. Like she didn't know? Yea...right.
"I never stopped loving you...my feelings have not changed" blah blah:rotfl2: The two of them deserve each other after I saw them make out not but a few minutes after Melissa was booted into the awaiting limo. They could not have hustled her out of there quick enough. Looks like they are setting up the next bachelorette.

Jason is a real gentleman. NOT! I don't care how much they paid him or what contract he signed....dumping Melissa on live television was quite likely the lowest point of his existence. And as for Molly and her family....would you want a guy who does that to marry your daughter, sister, friend, etc? After this is through he may have to move to New Zealand....land of Bachelor love!:worship: :lmao:

OH and one more thing...on Jimmy Kimmel last night Kimmel asked how Jason's son Ty was doing. You do remember Mr. Perfect Father saying "nothing means more to me than my son" "Finding the right mom for him is paramount" etc. etc. Well Jason's answer (and I am not quoting) was something like "Oh Ty is more concerned with his train toy than who I am with" NICE!

It wouldn't surprise me in the least if there was something a bit off about Melissa.

I am sure there is something off. The leg wrapping annoyed me to no end. The way she giggled when he told her he loved her....:scared: . I think all 3 of them are a bit off actually. LOL

I didn't watch the end... in fact I fast forwarded thru all of Molly's times ... I couldn't stand looking at her fake plastic bobble head smile

Glad I missed the PDA after the horrendous acting job...

Just finally watched it all plus Jimmy Kimmel.

If anything, Jason came off looking even more sincere than ever. I in no way believe Molly knew ahead of the taping that he and Melissa were no longer getting along. Jason was a fool to choose Melissa at the proposal, he then say the error of his ways and really did follow his heart with Molly. Why should he stay with someone he doesn't love? Life is just too short for that!
Molly truly was surprised with the change of events and why wouldn't she be happy to hear the man she still has deep feelings for still cares for her?
I've always thought Jason and Molly were great together.

Absolutely. The only thing that bothered me was that he broke up with Melissa on television. But according to everything I have read, he had not choice according to his contract.

I don't know about the rest of you, but if somebody doesn't truly love me, I would want to know right away -- not after a couple years of marriage and another child. Don't lead me on -- life's too short.

I think it's horrible that everyone is saying it's Melissa fault she got dumped using the excuse she most have something wrong with her.:sad2: :sad2:

I don't think anyone is against that... what bugs us is the way it was done. All of the other Bachelors broke up OFF screen, ABC just HAD to put it on and under the pretense that it just happened.

Like Judge Judy said, don't you know what on my leg and tell me it's raining!

It was just the stupidity of it that bugs me... from a person who broke off MANY engagements, I don't blame him at all!:rotfl:

I would LOVE to know what Jason's ex wife thinks of all this. It makes me wonder even more what happened between them. Maybe she dumped him for a very good reason.

The whole things disgusts me, and I can't believe I wasted 7 weeks of my life watching this train wreck. Where on earth do they find all these people?

I don't think Melissa will be the next Bachelorette, Jillian probably will be.

I fast fowarded through Molly's whole last day on TFR episode. She irks me beyond belief. Fake, fake, fake. I'm so sorry I watched this stupid show. I never watched until the Brad season, and then I was hooked. I think I'll go back to pre Brad.

Perhaps there is something off about her. She mentioned how all her exes kind of off & dumped her. :scared1: But, I think it was the WAY it was presented that most of us are having the problems with.

If Jason had even said, "You know in our last call, I said we should end this, but I wanted to see you in person to see how you are doing and give you a chance, face to face, to confront me about this..." it wouldn't have come across as he was dumping her for the first time on camera. He would have appeared to have more integrity about Mellissa's feelings.

The way he was talking to Chris Harrison before Melissa came out, it was like, "Oh gee, I'm suddenly realizing I want this NOW. This is really the first time I'm doing this. This is the first time I'm going to be talking to Molly about wanting her instead.

And his phony tears. Puh-lease! He knew for quite a while he was dumping Melissa. Why should HE be the one crying? And how is it five minutes later, or even two hours later with all the TV edits, he's suddenly fine enough to go off into the sunset with Molly? What happened to all the pain & remorse that would still be there two hours later.

These are NOT good actors. These are people who went through all their emotions days/weeks before, so the RAW emotions are resolved by the time they got on camera for last night's episode.

Real actors rehearse, know how to do character development and evaluation as to what emotions to bring in, keep re-living, to make it fresh and real, as though it's happening for the first time.

Judge Judy also said that it was a television show. That you shouldn't go on television to find love.

It was internet foder for weeks that Jason "changed his mind" and they had to reshoot things. Couple that with the way the host asked Molly what she would do if "Jason changed his mind" and I truly believe she knew something was up. Her demeanor was questionable. I don't blame him for not marrying Melissa if his feelings have changed but really, did he actually think things would be the same when he was going on Helicopter tours of New Zealand as they are when they were washing dishes on a rainy day in Seattle? Thats what we regular folks like to call LIFE.

And the entire Deanna episode was a set up...she was already with someone else from another bachelor season cast after dumping Jesse. She flew to New Zealand for what exactly.....oh YEA...ratings. She acted like she was reading cue cards. Oh YEA...she was!:rotfl2:

Didn't she say she was with one guy for seven years? That would be most of her dating life! This is a very beautiful girl who is a Dallas Cowboy cheerleader. Chances are she ran into doofuses who just wanted her as a trophy after coming out of that long relationship. :confused3

I apologize if this has already been said, but I didn't read all the pages. Does anyone feel that Deanna's "advice" had something to do with his initial decision? She told him how her maistake had been going for unpredictable "fun", whereas she should have gone for steadiness, dependability. I noticed he seemed to make that analogy of how dependable Melissa was, but how "fun"/unpredictable Molly was. Of course, the final decision was his alone, but I wonder if what Deanna said contributed to his initial choice of Melissa. Either way, I'm still appalled that he broke up with her on TV. But she said that he'd told her how things had changed since the TV show ended, and when she came out and there was no audience, she must have known something was up. I'm just hoping the poor girl wasn't as shocked as she appeared. Tonight should be interesting.
