It will be interesting tonight - perhaps we will all learn whatever the truth is. Personally at this point I still believe Jason is sincere and an not going to jump on the bandwagon of some of the haters. I can't believe they would be so vile on his MySpace page. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if there was something a bit off about Melissa.
Perhaps there is something off about her. She mentioned how all her exes kind of off & dumped her.

But, I think it was the WAY it was presented that most of us are having the problems with.
If Jason had even said, "You know in our last call, I said we should end this, but I wanted to see you in person to see how you are doing and give you a chance, face to face, to confront me about this..." it wouldn't have come across as he was dumping her
for the first time on camera. He would have appeared to have more integrity about Mellissa's feelings.
The way he was talking to Chris Harrison before Melissa came out, it was like, "Oh gee, I'm suddenly realizing I want this NOW.

This is really the
first time I'm doing this. This is the
first time I'm going to be talking to Molly about wanting her instead.
And his phony tears. Puh-lease! He knew for quite a while he was dumping Melissa. Why should HE be the one crying? And how is it five minutes later, or even two hours later with all the TV edits, he's suddenly fine enough to go off into the sunset with Molly? What happened to all the pain & remorse that would still be there two hours later.
These are NOT good actors. These are people who went through all their emotions days/weeks before, so the RAW emotions are resolved by the time they got on camera for last night's episode.
Real actors rehearse, know how to do character development and evaluation as to what emotions to bring in, keep re-living, to make it fresh and real, as though it's happening for the
first time.
