Been going to disneyland since 1963 as we lived in California for 45 year until we out I state. We go for a disney trip once a year now.
We also have a Disney World trip planned for November with my husband and I. Wilderness Lodge for 11 nights and MVMCP tickets. So lots of disney fun coming this year

Thank you... I can also put your information in the Park dates and Dining dates when you finalize your plans..

Got you updated.... Once again Welcome..:thumbsup2

I will be taking my kids DD 8 and DS 9 to the parks July 21 - 23. We may splurge for a 4th day in the parks on the day we check out. We will be staying at DI&S driving down from the Bay Area after work on Sunday.

We have been to DL about 10 times now, and what is special about this trip is we will be seeing Fantasmic! for the very first time, and will be splurging for the dessert seating. I can hardly believe we have never seen it.

I am a single Dad but will be taking my Mom along with us. She is a Disney freak like we are.

Cheers

I've been crying and I feel Like crying more... My DD Graduated 8th grade and now going into High School this fall.

Congrats on your daughter graduating Middle School and going on to High School. Hope the transition goes well for her.

Thanks - Yes DD is going to Nolan Catholic High School...$$$$$$ :scared1:

It will be worth it though :)

I am a product of parochial schools and even went back to teach at my elementary school. Luckily here Catholic schools are free and paid through taxes. My son starts kinder at St. Ignatius in the fall.

Big congrats to the parents of graduating students. And hugs to those feeling teary about our babies growing up too fast. Keep in mind the silver lining to them growing up - grandchildren! Meet you all back here in a couple of decades to start planning our first trips with grandkids :cool1:

Hi to the new members. This really is a popular month to be visiting.

Question: Can I access DCA at rope drop through the GCH entrance or do I have to be at the main gate? Does this change for extra magic hours? :confused3

The reason I ask is I'm trying to formulate a good route to Radiator Springs Racers at rope drop. :scratchin

Thanks.

I've heard that the grand entrance is crazy crowded at opening and it's quicker to go to the main gate. There's only a couple turnstiles at the grand entrance so they can't handle a large amount of people. You might want to do a search on the boards because I know this has been asked before. Good luck!
