I'm trying to find out if Artist's Point has a corkage fee if I bring my own Champagne (my friends and I are doing the Disney Marathon and I thought it would be nice to bring a bottle from my own collection to toast with)...

I called WDW-Dine and the woman suggested I call the restaurant directly but she did not have a number...

Does anyone here have the number for Artist's Point or the Lounge at Wilderness Lodge?

Thanks in advance!

Call 407-824-3200 and ask them to connect you to someone at Artist Point.

Started at Disney land in 1958 and have been loving Disney since then. I stopped counting @ 100 visits to the WDW parks. Live well - Laugh often - Love much.

... :earseek: !! Guess that's one benefit of living in F-L-A!

Hi All

Just wondering if there is a site that gives driving directions from WL to whereever we want to go with in WDW and local area? ie Epcot, DTD, miniture golf, other resorts, outlet malls etc.

Thanks in advance Dave

Has anyone had a massage at WL?

I'd like to schedule one for my next trip which will be for the Disney 1/2 marathon...

Any information would be great...experiences, prices, services, etc.

Thanks! :D

While WL was booked during our trip last weekend, we were able to make time to go "home" to WL and see the Xmas decorations. We were absolutely blown away by the decor. The tree, garland, ect was everything and more than I had imagined. I got a happy feeling just driving through the gates. We definitley plan to return "home" one day.

Wanted to say HI and look at my countdown clock! Going to pick up some dinner and then grade papers. . .

....I just HAD to do it! I HAD to put my dang-blasted foot in my mouth! I mentioned that I had seen some pix on the DIS of the new Himalaya ride at AK to my DH, and he asked when it will be open, so I said that it is scheduled for 2006. He then replied, "Why don't we wait till 2006 to go to WDW??!?!?!" ARGHHHHH!!! :badpc: :sad2:  I'll just pretend that I didn't hear his comment.....:scratchin!

Instead of hitting the computer, hit the hubby over the head!!

wow..what a stay...its a whole different feeling actually staying here than just visiting....we went from OKW to MK then got a boat to WL to check in
when I got off the boat I nearly cried and had chills all over, now thats a reaction. It was, in a mans vocie, breathtaking. everything about this resort
the flowers, trees, silver creek, sitting in rocking chairs on a mild december
afternoon on that little patio overlooking the creek/pool/lake, sitting by the fire on a cool night (friday was like 40) after a verrryy long day at the park..
so relaxing. No other resort every has given us more energy because the energy we were spending at the parks was rekindled by pool time/hot tub or just sitting at on of the fire places. We truely absorbed this resort like no other resort we have been to. Everyone was in great spirits here whereas at OKW you could walk around and know"who has the money" cause they were just so snotty(pardon my language)..Not at WL, I didnt feel intimidated by this at all...even visiting other deluxes and vacation club resorts..
if you were a not so well to do person you felt out of place....
I honestly think that I will not stay at any other resort now

we were in room 1551 in the villas...december 8th --> 12th here...
So we didnt have a view.
I took a ton of HQ pics I will post if asked...
