WOW!!! How cool are we!! DAN MURPHY visited our thread. I hope everything was neat & tidy while he was here (no Wonka Bar or Mars Bar wrappers lying around, no sour chocolate milk in the fridge). Seriously, I would like thank you all for supporting [color=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/color]. She was so down this morning when I talked to her on the phone & she is feeling much better now. I felt bad as I talked her into posting her trip report because I thought people would like reading it. I never thought she'd be attacked for it. I'm sure she'll check in later & thank you herself, but I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate it!

RRBB, I'm so glad the bathroom is finally coming together!! We need to redo one of our bathrooms, more for cosmetic reasons than health reasons, but I really want to get it done at some point. Of course, it helps that my brother is a plumber!!

The new PC. We are staying a week (1/24-1/31). We are not telling the kids until we get to the hotel about WDW.

We are getting on a bus Sat am to take us to the airport....we will tell the big one (5) we are going on a little trip. When we get to the airport, we are telling him we are flying.

We get picked up by a limo in Orlando. He has wanted to ride a train, fly and go on a bus for quite some time. We are going to grant all those wishes at once. Once we arrive and get settled into the hotel, I have lanyards and some starter pins from cheappins.com that I will give to each of them and explain the pin trading thing. From there on out.....let the MAGIC unfold!

I'm in for O'hanas tonight. I've never been, so I'd like to try it. Now that I think about it, I think I was there on our last 'virtual trip'.

ohanafamily, DH hasn't gotten the go ahead yet, but we are tentatively planning the 1st week in October. I think last year there were MNSSHP's as early as October 3rd, so hopefully that will be the case this year as well.

Lewski709, I am so jealous of you. I hope you like PC. We are still in negotiations as far as where we will be staying on our trip.

Hi everyone.

Feeling much better as the day goes on. I realize that I shouldn't care about the opinions of a few people whose main reason for existing here on the DIS is to make others feel bad. How sad for them, right? Isn't it much better to lift someone's spirit than to chop it up into little bite size pieces like a crazed ax murderer from hell who probably never got a hug when they were little and probably doesn't have any real life friends so they come here to take it out on the world? Which I guess is a good thing, because if they didn't have the DB as an outlet for expressing their evilness, they would probably be out kicking dogs and stealing little kids lunch money.

Well, now I really feel better. Thanks guys! Y'all really are the greatest!

And about Dan Murphy stopping by - all I can say is WOW and how does he know? Getting a visit from Dan is almost as cool as getting a visit from the Tag Fairy! Thanks go out to you also Dan. I really wish you would come back and visit longer next time. We didn't even get a chance to fix you a nice cup of hot chocolate or fresh brewed coffee. We have both, all you have to do is ask. You are welcome here always.

I am not going back over there anymore. I wish there was a way of putting the DB on my ignore list so I couldn't even be tempted to take a look-see.

Thanks for lunch! A girls night out sounds great to me, but I've heard enough about Ohanas for one day, I think I'll stay away from there for now. I get guilty feelings when I think about going there after I have been shamed so much for my last visit there.

Ohanafamily, got my desktop back today. $40 just as he promised AND it was a virus. The CIH virus. He installed a new virus scanner on my hard drive that he says is a really good one. It's called AVG virus scan and is available at www.grisoft.com for free. He said to stay away from Norton and McAffee because they are so popular all the new viruses are built to get around them. That works in perfectly with my theory that those are the guys building the viruses in the first place, of course they know how to get around themselves. Then you have to buy their updates to stay safe. Anyway, check it out and tell me what you think.

So glad you're feeling better [color=FF66CC]llebrekniT[/color]. That's a truly BAD place over there. I think we need to burn the bridge between here and there so no one else has to experience that evil. As for dinner, I can understand your reluctance to go back to Ohanas any time soon. How about Boma or Artist Point instead. I've never been to either but hear they're great.

I made the mistake of going back over to the dark side...I'm back now and seriously wishing that you could have a decent debate over there, because then it could be interesting...*le sigh* I'm thinking a forcefield around the Db is in order...Keeps them in and us out.
