Good morning everyone!

Guess I'll jump right into the questions...

1. Drive, but we have to fly, since we only get 30 days leave a year and Cali is sooooo far away!

2. Illuminations!

3. California Adventure...Just cus they have Soarin' and Screamin'.

Now my question...

MK or Epcot?

I love the MK, but my FH loves Epcot!

Have great day all! I'm off to shower change and go to work...ICK!

AZKathy, sorry I was rambling a little. I was trying to point out that it isn't a bad investment... I have 400 points and haven't banked one yet. We are working on borrowing all of next years for the 2 trips this year.

I thought they had roll away beds; I know they have cribs...which resort?

OK, must get ready for work...

joshsmom are your kids off school for Lincoln?? Chi isn't, the kids are off Presidents day.. so I am not sure that much is closed down here for Lincoln other then the State of IL building.

OKW doesn't have roll aways, that i know of.. when the boys start fighting over sleeping together on the couch, we seperate them and have on sleep on the couch all folded up and the other on the floor with the mattress.

Fantasmic

Epcot

Gotta jump in here real quick, DHB is meeting me at the grocery store, she picked up a Passporter for me and I MUST have it today!

I prefer to: see Fantasmic, but not get wet; Magic Kingdom, always; BREAKFAST (@ Donald's, AK), without a doubt!; never been (yet), but I would probably like DisneyLand better.

I've got another one - monorail or ferry to MK?

Back later today!

We usually use our points to cruise (I know...there is a whole debate about pts vs cash to cruise)...but the thing that I like best about the DVC is the flexibility.

Last year my hubby was given tickets to the Daytona 500. We (of course) wanted to go, but didn't have a place to stay. Hotel rooms were $$$$$$ (in fact, people could have rented out their un-airconditioned sheds or doghouses for $$$)...but we were able to get a room at the Boardwalk using pts. (which was actually the first time we'd stayed at one of the DVC properties).

This year --- we're staying at OKW for the 500 and then we're using pts to stay at Saratoga Springs before our cruise. :)

I missed some questions.

I got the fly answer. Next, Fantasmic (tough decision), never been to DCA yet, so I can't make a decision on that, MK for me and Epcot for DH.

I have one very short, one word answer: No. Why do you think he's the Prince of Darkness? Yes, he's cute. Yes, he likes to lie at my feet and snore. Yes, he likes the back of his neck scratched. Yes, he likes to have his tummy rubbed. Yes, he does the happy dance when I take him out. Yes, he has the biggest doggie grin on the planet. But unfortunately, yes, he's the embodiment of all that is evil in the world.

Fly 'cause it would take at least 21 hours to drive.

Never seen Fantasmic  , so Illuminations.

I'm an Epcot fan, DH is a MK fan.

Why the monorail, of course!

(Never been to DL--was that the question?)

Here's another:

Carribbean Beach or Port Orleans French Quarter?

POFQ for me.

Hi gang. I'm back from Chicago. My worries about my presentation at the conference were for nought. In fact, we got applause! And wherever I went the following two days, folks kept coming up to ask questions or just chat. Pretty nifty.

And best of all, the conference sponsors asked my co-presenter and I if we could give the same presentation at their July conference!! Woo-hoo!

Anyway, back to reality. How are things in the Tagliarchy? What did I miss? Apparently a pool party?

I'm going to be a bit invisible this week as well. I had to give an all day training session this past Saturday, plus I have to give a presentation at NYU tonight, another one at Pace University tomorrow night, and go to a fundraiser on Wednesday night. But Friday and Monday are wide open. I finally have time off with NOTHING to do! God, I can sleep!

Drive, but we have to fly, since we only get 30 days leave a year and Cali is sooooo far away!

Kismetdreams I envy that! 30days is insane. I get 10days after being here 7yrs. Errrrrrrghhhh!

FLY, Fantasmic, never been to DL so???, Epcot, monorail, Port Orleans.

OK what is everyone doing on Valentines Day? Any surprise gifts to your significant other that can give me some ideas? Of course he will get his personalized wild version of "Warm Hearts, Cold Feet" from yournovel.com, which has been lovingly dedicated by me -- "To My Loving Bunkie From Your Loving Girlie. Happy Valentine's Day and 19 years together " . Where is that "gag me" smilie when you need it? :teeth:

Isn't that the grossest thing you've ever heard? Well, it grosses me out. ;)

We are going to dinner with another couple at a really nice restaurant near our home. We had a babysitter lined up, but since our reservations are so late (9:00 p.m.), I asked my parents to take the boys overnight. :hyper: :teeth:

Which reminds me. Gotta call and cancel the babysitter.

No, ewwwwwwwwwwwww....we have two kids, but other than that.............poor guy.

V'day for my Honey... since he just a had a b'day last friday.. and.. a card, we will go out to dinner, get to work at the Boy Scout Pancake breakfast..

Hm.. maybe a little special something else:teeth:
