Look closer, and follow the link...Yes they are....Hershey Kisses...

won't Nephosaurus be upset they weren't Wonka made? ;)

DH got me this for Valentine's Day. Our living room is victorian and this added a great deal to the room. I know it is not romantic, but there is not too much romance with my herniated disks!

Oops...missed some questions!

Monorail...
Drive....
Illuminations...
CBR or POFQ...like 'em both!

Vday...I'm getting a pedicure (one of my favorite ways to be pampered! Was going to get a massage, too, but they're booked solid!) As for DH, well Vday is kinda a "non-holiday" for him, so I get let off the hook with just a couple of cards! I usually do something more, but have absolutely NO ideas this year, so cards it is...oh, and a little bag of his favorite candy!

Now my question...

How do you do parks?
Commando, or take-it-easy?

kadaten you are new AND full of questions. ;)

take it easy

Take it easy in that we usually only do one park per day--unless we have dinner plans at another park.

But, I am a commando about getting as many attractions in as possible while we are in the park. God I love Fastpass!!!

I forgot the POFQ vs CBR question. Never been to either, so can't answer. If I was to vacation at either one, I think I would choose CBR.

Commando or not? When we first visited, we did commando even though we did take afternoon breaks every day for the munchkins. Now, we take it easy. We have been there enough that if we don't see something, we know we can catch it the next visit. Afternoon breaks are definately a must now for the kids to swim and relax. If we don't make it back to the parks, oh well, we can head over to Downtown Disney.

kadaten weren't you going to OKW soon? If you have any questions, ask away. I don't have much pointers because everyone has their own favorite areas to stay at and such. Whatever you need to know, just feel free to ask! (my favorite area at OKW to stay at is South Point....hee hee!!!)

Ask all you like, we are the friendly and odd sort here.
I meant, we like to take it easy in the parks. Not to be confused with take it easy on the questions.

I wish it was me! No, can't seem to talk DH into the DVC thing. I've gone over it with him but he just can't see it. We go as much as possible, averaging more than once a year, but with him in the military, he keeps "what if"-***...what if we go overseas and can't use it? (rent them out, I tell him!) what if we don't want to go to Disney one year (huh? who ARE you? and what have you done with my DH?)

Thinking we might rent points from someone on a trip and see how that half lives. Maybe then he'll get it! Funny thing...we stayed off-site with friends with a time-share and he loved the place...but we both hated that it wasn't on property. This solves that problem!! Oh wel...maybe next trip (hopefully October)!

kadaten okay, I am on too many painkillers! Brain fart all the way! Man! I cannot remember who was staying there. Oh well. Doofy me!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_5_130.gif' border=0></a>

Hi, back from the grocery store. Did a little birthday shopping for Daniel too, so I feel like I accomplished alot today. All he's into right now is <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_1_112.gif' border=0></a>, so it's hard to get him very many gifts.

To catch up with the questions, I haven't stayed at POFQ, but we stayed at Dixie Landings and I definetly prefer CB over it, so I'd have to say CB. Barb, why do you like POFQ so much?

We do the parks "take it easy" style mostly. We kind of just go where ever our feet (or sometimes tummies) lead us. We leave when we feel tired or hungry or too hot. We get up when we get up, we go to bed when we are sleepy, that kind of thing.

RickinNYC nice to see you. Try to stay long enough to play our question game. Bill can run around out back with the Pugs, they love to play with big dogs. He is big, right? I seem to remember there being some issue as to whether or not he's a big dog with little legs or a regular size dog who just comes off as big on film.;) Anyway, hurry back soon!

Where's RRBB today and where in the blazes has Huggabaloo run'd oft to?

For Valentine's Day<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/8/8_8_29.gif' border=0></a><a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/8/8_8_28.gif' border=0></a>, hmmmm, probably dinner out since it's Sat. and I NEVER cook on Sat. unless we are having company, which we aren't.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_2_91.gif' border=0></a> Bought DH a book<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/3/3_3_6.gif' border=0></a> called "Moneyball" that's been on the best seller list a while and some Godiva liquer truffles.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/11/11_1_113.gif' border=0></a> We both just had birthdays and our anniversary was last week, two of the kids have b-days coming soon and we're going to WDW again, for the 3rd time in one year, next month, so I think that'll bout do it for the gift giving. I'll be happy with a nice dinner out.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/8/8_8_16.gif' border=0></a> Maybe HIBATCHI, didn't get to really go for my b-day, but I did enjoy Orlando's cooking.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/1/1_4_26.gif' border=0></a>

New question then I'm outta here - fireworks or parade?

Howdy everyone! Just stopping in before heading off to work.

Questions:

We have driven and flown. Prefer to fly. Next trip, FLY!
Haven't been to DL, so I don't know
Eat breakfast, there'll be time to sleep when we get home!
Illuminations
Monorail
Magic Kingdom
Never been to POFQ or CBR so I don't know!

I'll stop by later.

Are we still having the Cinderella slumber party tonight?

Oops, I need to answer my own questions.

I like the ferry boat, but we usually end up on the monorail.

I love the parades, but love the fireworks more.

Whew! Got buried under all the pages that sprung up since the last time I was on here! These pages are multiplying faster than the Jackson family's lawyers!

I'm leaving work and will post again after I get home...

Hi everyone! :wave2:

Monorail and fireworks..

we like the food court at PO, on those days when people are hungry and tired and I don't feel like cooking and we want something fast without a hassle and the boys want pizza and DH and I don't....never been to CB..

Neither camando or take it real easy. but a little of both.. we always do MK early morning, space MT and Buzz, then push our way to splash and big thunder.. ride each as many time as we can before the lines get long.. Big fast pass users.. but then we slow down and enjoy the day.. Hop when we get hot,/ the park gets crowded. We swim in the middle of the day. then take the evenings at our leisure..
