We start our trip on FRIDAY @ 5AM!!

DW hasn't even begun packing - she has laid out some clothes though. We're out at a friends place tonight as of 7 - so she has exactly 2 hours tonight to get packed

Mind you for some strange reason I was walking through the mall on the way to work this morning and heard "Silent Night" and now I'm in a Christmas mood, I'm going to Disney in a couple of days, and I'll see my DS10 on Saturday. (a little weepy here - I haven't seen him since January) But I am really really really happy ..... no more tears ...

Hope everyone traveling for Thanksgiving week has safe travels! We are the last travelers for the month so we'll be arriving on Sat as many of you will be leaving. It is nice that we are heading south to spend Thanksgiving with family first. And, all that turkey we're going to eat will help us sleep so we can leave at 4am on Friday. I am surprised that I am 3/4 packed. Most bags are waiting for clothes we will be wearing this weekend. Just need to do online check in and call dining to put allergys on two new reservations.
I cant believe its 10 days!!!!!

As for the next Disney trip, this will be our last for a while. We are putting on a new roof next year and hope to install a fence for a new doggie. DD has missed having a dog and DS has been talking about dogs for a while. We have wanted to adopt a greyhound for years so its a good time for us to do it. Besides, I'll need a really big distraction to keep me from missing Mickey too much.

We leave first thing Friday morning!!! I am done packing except for tolitries and a few little things I will need to wash tonight!! Forecast looks pretty good so far, and we are sitting on go!! We will load the car tomorrow night, and get up Friday and hit the road!

River City Youth Ballet (this is the company my dd dances with) is doing Fire & Ice (the Firebird & The Snowman) next weekend Nov 19 at 7pm, Nov 20 at noon at the Cultural Center Theater. I'm still here! But my visits are a bit more random. I need to start getting back into the Disney groove considering I have ADRs to make in a few weeks! As for the show, I will PM you. If we can come, it would have to be Saturdays showing. But I am not sure if we will be in town. We are thinking of taking the girls to Ft Rapids and Columbus Zoo this weekend and to see Harry Potter at the IMAX theater there. I hate not having a IMAX here. Well, atleast one that shows newly released movies. The Clay Center should really consider having newer movies there. Imagine the money they could make. It would help all the financial issues they are always complaining about!

A few have already told you the where and when, but I wanted to let you know if you can get to the artist first and request their drawing, they will sign it and often personalize it for your daughter. We did the class twice and got the artists' pics both times. We got Pooh and the alien toy from Toy Story.

38 HOURS! We leave Friday @ 10 AM. I am just starting to pack.... I wish I didn't have to work one more day === YUCK!

This will be our 10th trip, but first time driving, first time for Thanksgiving (we usually go the week before xmas), first time for Candlelight Processional, first time at POP.... I feel like everything is new again! Can't wait!

We leave Tommorow!!! Can't believe it's finally here!
I'm just about done packing, just need to throw in the toiletries that we need in the morning. We'll pick up the kids after school and hit the road. Be there bright and early Friday morning and go to MVMCP Friday night!
I hope I get to see some of you guys, I'll have my LGMH on my bag and will tell my kids to keep their eagle eyes on the lookout!

So sad... got back last night from an amazing trip (who knows, maybe I'll do a trip report finally).

Did a bit of unpacking at 11:30 last night to find things I wanted to bring to work and the first commercial I saw was for Disney. So not fair!!!

Can't wait to hear how everyone else trip went... and I know I saw someone's room from this thread here due to the Lime Mickey head in their window (POP Century, 50s section and a bunch of LSU stuff) but never had time to hop over to see who it was.

I also have a Harry Potter geek in my house. Our midnight showings were sold out so she will be going with her daddy on Friday. Shadowryter has some great HP designs you could use. I made a tshirt for DD to wear to the movie...made up for the sold out showings :0).

If anyone else is driving south on I95 on Saturday... I'll be the old silver Chevy minivan with the conservative bumper stickers and I'm planning on using glass markers to make a lime green mickey head on the back window. Last time I wrote all over the windows. Disney or Bust and such. Say Hi!
