DMICKEY- sorry about the false tests......gl trying again though!!!
wishing you baby dust!! what great pics too- love him pouring the water on himself.
JENNY- i think it just depends on the toddler bed or big boy bed. I think my sister moved my nephew at just over 18 months to his new big boy 'CARS' bed. He loves it and sleeps great in it. We have a convertible crib. I'll leave Will in it the crib until at least 18 months. at that point, if we notice he is crawling out or something, we might attempt the toddler bed. it just depends. he is really tall for his age, so he will probably be able to get out of the crib sooner than most. I say do what works for you, as long as he is safe and comfortable.
BECKY- want to send your DH to my house?
He sounds great! lol- glad he surprised you like that. I feel behind on shopping too- we are doing the black friday thing with my mom and sisters- should be fun. i really don't have to buy that much, i have started my shopping. We draw names in my family (whoever wants to participate) and buy like a $75 gift. we also do $5 stocking stuffers for everyone. We just buy for the kids in my in laws family. But there are 6 kiddos! time to shop!
Working today and tomrorow, but then i am off on Wednesday, yeah! I plan to actually go get a pedi. I swear i haven't had time to go in forever! my feet are horrible.
I don't know if i posted Will's pic or not-----he loved Santa.

I don't know.
Too much stuff to do!!! Plus, I have to work around my work schedule and DH's school/work (he'll have finals coming up soon), so I feel like everything right now is a race against time.
It's ridiculous. I'm debating going on Black Friday- just to Wal-Mart (it's the only thing close and I have to work at 8:45). I'm just not sure yet.
Alex is still in his crib and will stay there until he figures out how to get out. He has gotten a leg up before in the crib he was using at my mom's house, but the crib at our new house is much lower and I don't think he could do it. We already have an extra full size bed, so we will probably move him to that when he is ready, and hopefully have a little girl on the way by then.
As for the sleep issues, I wish I knew the answer. Alex does this once in a great while, but never with any frequency so I have no idea what the reason is.
DH is not very happy with Alex's love of Dora, but I don't see anything wrong with it.
