becky- i hear ya. i'm so wanting this thing to be over. and i really wish that everyone would stop sending me political emails, it's not going to change my mind and their guy is goingj to win in SC anyway, so it doesn't really even matter if I vote or not. Sheesh.

DH thinks I'm weird, but he's lived here since he was 3 (and was born in Hawaii), so he doesn't know the joys of watching the seasons REALLY change.

), and his blankie. And Owen went right back to sleep without so much as a peep!!!
Then he woke up again around 4:30, and DH repeated the earlier routine, and within 5 minutes Owen was back asleep again.
The little dude then slept all the way until 7:30!! (okay, side note...remember when 7:30 was way stinking early to get up, and "sleeping in" meant noon or later?
So I've told DH this means he's the winner of the night shift from now on!
Woo hoo for Mommy! I get to stay in bed! 
This is my second IUD anyway because the first time my strings pulled up into my uterus. So, my doc had to go spelunking to get it out and just replaced the IUD with a new one. So, now, the strings might be lost again. And boy did that suck.
