Sorry I don't know why it said you violated terms. I've heard that if you use an automated refresher program you'll get that. Can you get back on the site?

I think it means LMT thinks you are refreshing too much and wants to be sure you are a real person and not an auto-refresh program. I think you're still ok once you put in the code.
