I'm back after swearing I was done. So, to those of you who cleared your cookies, can I clear them just for the LMT site so I don't lose all my others? I don't know how to do that!

I was not refreshing. I took some advice I saw here. I logged in, did a search, and then I got busy doing something else on facebook, I went back about 15 min later researched and it started. We go a 4 star hotel in Cancun.

You did a search for a hotel? Then when you went back had you just left this page up or did you navigate back to the page? Did you log out and log back in or stay logged in? When you say you "researched" what do you mean re-searched or you researched something?
I need specifics people!

Okay, I gave up yesterday but came back just to see what was happening. Congrats to those that got to book!

I just learned something on the site and maybe everyone knows but in all my looking at it and refreshing yesterday I had no idea! Once you select a hotel and you see that map with the circle that says your hotel is in this circle? Well if you click the Birds Eye tab you get a picture of the hotel so you can actually see what it is! I can see Pop Century now so I know for sure that is the one it is referencing.

Just sharing in case there are other folks who hadn't yet figured that out!

I searched for a hotel. I was doing something in a different window. Went back to the LMT. I did not log out. I hit search again. Hope this helps.

They said they would let me know by tomorrow if I came in before time was up. I know I was, but if they say no they better cancel the ressie for free. The other thing I just found the same hotel on Expedia for only $221 a night for the same room which would be only $442 for 2 nights. So where is the rest going?

I was told by a rep that each time zone would get it at the same time... so this is becoming a lot of BS, and I am getting incredibly frustrated. I am in PST (Washington State) and haven't seen anything today. any thoughts?

Customer service told my dh that it would be completely random based on when you logged in. They said that if you are on longer than 2 hours they assume you are using some sort of bot program. You need to log out and back in and not use refresh.
