I'm not sure people in HS now know who Ross Perot is. In particular Puck the brainiest of the bunch.
That is true

Sons of Anarchy as well. I'm enjoying having a DVR at my whim.![]()
Have you been to Legoland? We are going on our trip next year, I think my ds will really like it!
No we are going to Sea World and the the San Diego Zoo as well.
I'm not sure I've sat on a lego either. I'll try to keep that streak alive.

How old is DS? Mine seemed to outgrow LL at around 9. Up until that point, he loved it. He just wants bigger rollercoaster rides now.
Sounds like a great trip. How long are you going for?
The SoCal City Pass used to give you 3 days DLR 'hopper', 1 day Universal, 1 day SeaWorld, and 1 more day either at SD Zoo or the Wildlife Park. The zoos have pulled out of the City Pass.
Costco and Sam's used to sell them at the cheapest price around.
If you're doing 3 days at DLR, then maybe kick off with Disney first AND last?
My DS will be a little over 4 when we go on our trip.I'm not sure how long we are going for probably close to 2 weeks. I think I am going to look into the Go San Diego card it looks like that works for all the places we want to go.

That is a good idea. Also just search Sea World San Diego deals and others before you buy anything. There could be other great deals.
With 2 weeks where alse do you plan to go? It sounds like much more than SoCal.

Vegas just to sleep? The South Point.
I stayed there last summer going to SoCal because I needed to split the drive up. It was cheap, very nice room. For a casino it has some family diversions. It's off strip and right off I-15.
2 weeks is great!
Great idea to look at the Go San Diego card.
Have you ever looked at the Cleaver Brothers? They sell 'discount' tickets are are located in Anaheim. I've used them a couple of times for my tix....might be worth checking them out as well.
Will your trip include Universal?
No we won't be going to Universal.
That's probably wise. It's not great for kids until they are 7-8ish anyway.
In that case the Citypass won't work out to saving money. So a DLR parkhoppers and maybe the Go Card will.
But on the GoCard keep in mind that you could use the LL coupons from Lego Club, and the GoCard may be too pricy if you don't visit enough attractions.
I considered the a Go card for Vegas when I last went with friend. It was ok, but you have to march around to make it pay off, and many of the attractions where far off strip. Vegas is easy to see tons of stuff without a car right on the strip, which is what we did.
Not much to do in Vegas?
Not sure, we usually just do Rainforest cafe and see the fountain. Is there anything else to do?
Quench thirst and play cards. I like people watching, and the interiors of some of the casinos and shopping areas.
Vegas has some awesome people watching.
So the clothes are pressed, shoes shined, and I feel like a little kid about to go to Disneyland for the first time. Tomorrow is going to be amazing. Hopefully I'll have enough energy to blog after I get home so the day is still fresh in my mind.
I take it your security check cleared?
Have a great day! I'll be watching out for the blog.![]()
And yes people watching is always fun. Have a great first day tomorrow!![]()
