I started like that, but then with so many sets filling a shelf, consoladation has to take place.

Yeah some of his are consolidated too like a lot of the star wars sets. I have most in ziplocs in one of these

I've though about seeing if something compartmentalized would be good for seperating pieces by typle. Like tackle box. But maybe just letiing DS dig through a couple big tubs.

I do I will keep my eye out, so far the ones I've seen will expire before we go.

No we are going to Sea World and the the San Diego Zoo as well.

You might find some deals there too. I know when I last lived down that way which was a long, long time ago, I often saw SW deals on coke cans. Sometime there are deals on fast food cups too.

If it were me, I'd do Zoo, SW, LL then DL. Letting the trip get better as you go north.

The Zoo is great. SW is more watching show intensive. LL has a couple little shows but is mostly about the rides(which are only ok). DL of course is about rides and super entertainment.

As you get closer to your trip, let me know if you want to say hi to a disser friend who works at the zoo.

Sounds like a good ride and much different than a ride in AZ.

Much different but something I've always wanted to be able to do.

It hurts so bad to step on those pieces! We have Ds's sets seperated out and he brings out one set at a time and it minimizes the floor mess.

Stepping on pieces is horrible, but sitting on the is worse. When I use to work at an after school program somehow Lego pieces always ended up where I wanted to sit.

Yup, I haven't had a DVR since I lived at my parents three years ago. It's nice to be able to watch my shows when I can and on an actual tv and not my laptop.

I have a DVR on this computer, the one I DIS on.

I'm thinking of replacing it when I see the faster computers for much cheaper. Only I want a video card like this, and it will cost much more.
