I'm totally impressed with your WDW planning skills - and on a day you had at root canal, too?!? Congrats on winning the Colorado trip - I hope you guys have a great time there! As far as the SSR for 6 days in a studio - GO FOR IT!!! I'm sure the money/budget thing will work out - it always does somehow. Us DIS'ers just sacrifice stuff in the 'real world' so we can go back to our 'happy place' more often. I hear that all the time - We need the money up front, before we go back to WDW! Yes, hunny, you're right... Whatever you say, hunny. Don't worry Lauralee, you'll get your way! Ya know... it really would be a lot cheaper if your DH just stays home...

Hi Jo! Flexible Spending Accounts are a nifty little way US employers can deduct money pre-tax and put it into a Health or Dependent Care account. When you, the employee, incur health or dependent care expenses, you can reimburse yourself from those pre-tax accounts. Saves WAY more in taxes than deducting the same espenses at year end!

Yep - DVC members can buy into the DDP, but only when staying at the DVC resorts...for example, at SSR I can, and when we stayed at the Poly, I couldn't...

I can't decide if it's worth it or not...we used the heck out of it when we went in Jan of 06...it was awesome...in fact, I got a little carried away with it and forgot to keep track of my meals...we had mostly sit down meals - Cruella had to sit and eat all the time...no CS for her!!

Last December I got this nifty little letter stating that I had over $1000 sitting in a FSA and must use it by the 31st. Well, I had completely forgotten about our FSA account and was able to provide enough receipts to get it all back! I love FSA!!

Can't wait to read the rest of this....

Tony’s on board for the 6 days…although his friends still want him to go to Vegas…GO, honey…really, I’m fine with that…Nope…no Vegas…Ah well…maybe if I casually drop hints of $2.95 buffets it’ll catch his attention. I love how he says to his friends, “Oh, I gotta go now…” Ahem…WHO HAS to go? Other than me? I HAVE to go…I don’t care what the rest of you do…I know where I have to be and when…

I have gotten the calling…whether or not anyone else tags along…I don’t care so much…

Ok, so we’re on for 6 days…I have said that. Did I mention I may add another night? To get the cheap flight, ok? You gotta spend it to save it, gang. Take it from me!!

Now I gotta make some ADR’s…just a few…and I think I’ll try, once again, to get Michael on a Pirate Cruise…

I do believe I see a bit of an excited twinkle in the big man's eye...he won't admit it. I pretend I don't see it. We have a give and take relationship...He gives in and I take him to Disney World!

I've planned out transportation...cashing in on a free ticket on Southwest I'd nearly forgotten about...using it to make 2 free 1 way tickets...taking DME so I don't need a rental car....

It's all coming together so nicely now...I must pause to pat myself on the back for a moment for getting away this!!

I was telling my DD's all about your's and Tracy's fuzzy math today. We bought some doughnut's (Krispy Kreme have finally made there way to the UK ) and you know they're expensive to buy 4 (1 each) and it's not much more to buy a dozen so I was explaining this was fuzzy math and Ellie turns round and says no it's not it's yummy math Sorry just had to share whilst I'm patiently waiting for more, come on Lauralee before I eat the whole dozen
