Does anyone by any chance have views from the Boca Chica GV rooms? That is the request I made. I remember someone posted them in the old GF FAQ thread and I cant seem to find them. I would really appreciate any pics with this view. Thanks.

Did you try doing a search for Boca Chica GV rooms? That might help in the meantime til someone posts for you here:)

Is there some mystery as to WHY they are gone from the STICKY? :confused3 That seems ODD......

GF Gal all the way....:goodvibes

They have been put back up. I think they thought they were not relevant any longer. Those stickys were my trip planning bible. LOL. I am so thankful they are back after my request!!!

I am just asking what would you do if you had the choice

Stay at Sugarloaf for 8 Nights 9 Days with Meal Plan
Or Royal Palm for 7 Nights 8 day Without Meal Plah

Mind you I have never stayed at either but here is my 2 cents on CL. I would pick the better CL (RPC) for 7 days and skip the meal plan. With CL you really do get alot of food/snacks/drinks. I found having both CL and DDP to be a waste. Pick one or the other and pay for a few nice meals.

I don't care for Sugar Loaf...and I do not care for any dining plan.

I LOVE Royal Palm Club....I have my Disney Dining Experience card that I bought and I love that, too. Works best for me.

My two cents.

If you are staying at RPC can you get a theme park view with a standard room or is there an extra charge?

There are several rooms in RPC that do have castle views. They are request only...and they are the same cost as any other standard club room.

Happy planning,

THANKS for that. I didn't notice they had POOFED the way so much other info has recently until you asked about them.....and then it seemed VERY STRANGE that they had mysteriously disappeared......

THey DO have great info on them. :thumbsup2

Your right and we only stayed for 6 nights 7 days all of the other trips so 7 nights would be even better

Also Anyone know if this year's august value rates for the GF Standard club level be around the same area as August 2010?

Thank-you for your quick reply. When I called today to make my last payment I requested a theme park view and was told that there would be an extra charge for this but I was sure I had read on this thread that there wasn't. She said that she would put it in anyway as a request.
Thank-you to all who have given me alot of info for my upcoming dream come true trip!!!

I would put your request in thru the IPO department. The club level rooms have a different room assigner & system than the others.

Rooms 4301-4309 and then 4401 and 4409 are the queen/queen rooms in RPC that have the castle views. 4201-4209 are the deluxe king club rooms with castle views.

Enjoy your stay!:thumbsup2

Isn't it so true that there are people here who can help you much more than many CMs when you call to book? And then they'll tell you that you are wrong and that there's a lot of misinformation on the boards!:rotfl: I second Channing's recommendation to talk to the IPO staff about your room assignment.

I hope your trip really will be a dream come true!:)
