Thurs: 40 min ellipt. Fri: Jiggle Free Buns and almost 1/2 of Jiggle free Arms.
Sun, I ran 3 miles. My 5 yr old is just learning how to ride a bike with training wheels so I ran next to her. She is a great running partner. I can tell her to speed up or slow down. Dh was walking about 1/2 mile behind us and other DD fell asleep in the carriage. Not too bad!

I actually had a co-worker say to me this morning ... "Hey, you've lost a TON of weight haven't you?" I don't know that the numbers on the scale are changing much (we're doing some work on our bathroom, so the scale has been displaced) but my clothes are certainly fitting different
