Thanks everyone for your motivation tips
You're all right and I just need to get back on track, and STICK WITH IT. I think part of my frustration right now is that I know that once I get to my ultimate goal, I know how to stay there ... it's just getting there that's making me crazy. Even with my slacking last week, I haven't gained anything. TOM is here and that of course mucks things up
BUT, how's this for motivation ... When I left work a little bit ago for my lunch break, I found a gift certificate to Victoria's Secret from my DH on the front seat of my car
I called to thank him and ask, "Why?" He said that he thought I deserved something special because he's proud of me doing so well with my diet. Aaaawww, yes of course I
just a little bit because it was so sweet.

Am I the only one that dreads stepping on that scale no matter HOW good I've been doing on my diet and exercise program

In that case, I'll usually rotate between the 3 cardio workouts that I have (Ultimate Fat Burning, Fat Blasting Cardio and Ultimate Calorie Blaster).

I have to admit that the numbers on the scale are kind of stuck, but not only is my husband commenting on my weight loss, other people are starting to notice too. The numbers might not be changing, but I'm guessing that the inches are melting
