Today I did Jiggle Free Arms and lifted pretty heavy. I was definatly feeling the burn.
I usually don't get sore from working out but on Thursday I was SORE from Jiggle Free Buns, so I must have done something.
Also I guess the new FIRM workouts have just been released.

BUT, yesterday I got in Ultimate Calorie Blasting. I have to admit that I'm really feeling my abs today after those dang planks
I'm hoping that SOME day I'll actually be able to make it up to my toes 
I haven't seen anything. I'm always up for a new workout .... I'm liking the rotation that I've got going on right now, but NEW stuff is always a plus for me
BUT my clothes are fitting better ... AND I'm able to get into some clothes that I couldn't wear months ago. For the past few weeks, I was trying to focus on cardio workouts exclusively ... but now I think I'm going to get back to mixing in some of the total body workouts. That always helps me feel better when the scale get's stuck. I remind myself that "muscle weighs more than fat"
I haven't worked out in a week, only golf Monday night ... just finding too many excuses NOT to
