Ms.Ojo, I'm super-duper excited for ya! I need to start a countdown for us now that you mention it. Have fun and come back with lotsa pics! Think of your "Dis" pals while there so we can be with you in spirit!
CR Fan, I have a concierge question for ya that I don't think I've ever read the answer to. Maybe you can help. Last year we stayed on the 6th floor **sigh**. The elevators going down in the morning were a nightmare because it seemed they would all be decending from higher floors stopping at each floor above us. When the elevator finally made it to the 6th floor and the doors would open they most often were full with no room. Sometimes we could wedge my family of 4 in. When my aunt who uses an ECV was with us a few days it was more of a problem. My question is: do the concierge floors sorta bypass this obstacle during busy elevator hours because they are the highest floors? Also, I think when you are concierge level you have to use your room key to access those floors (right?). When coming back down does the elevator take the concierge guests directly to their destination floor or do they still stop along the way to pick up additional passengers from lower, non-concierge floors? I know it seems like a small, insignificant detail but I'm really curious. Plus, I'm just nutty enough to think up something like this!
