When we are at the Polynesian a couple weeks ago, I noticed that all the concierge stuff was being referred to as "Club Concierge". I figured that they were moving towards calling the concierge level "club level" since that is more of the industry standard. Also, it may confuse folks now that there is a concierge desk in the lobby, as most hotels offer the use of a "concierge" for things like tickets, local info, etc. for the use of all guests. Calling the actual concierge lounges, IPO services, and the room locations "club concierge" to differentiate them must be part of the name change. In fact, several times I saw reference to getting something at the "Club Concierge desk" as opposed to references to the lobby concierge desk.
Think about how often folks post here asking what "concierge" is or means--perhaps Disney thinks calling it King Kamahema Club or Atrium club, etc will make it more obvious. (?)
