My aunt is right handed but uses the mouse with her left hand and I'm left handed and use the mouse with my right hand. Everyone else that I know that is right handed uses their right hand for the mouse. I don't know anyone else that's left handed other than my oldest sister and dad but I don't think my sister has a computer or know if my dad does...
