They've already banned them in many shopping centres and supermarkets in the UK. Really it's any piece of clothing that obscurs the face (except religious garments)

I think the closest we have are the sales that start on Boxing Day, and they don't last one day.

Think about it. One in every 5 security cameras are in the UK... That's tons considering how small we are.
