Dinner last night at Fulton's was deeeeeeeelish! DH and I both had the stuffed lobster "Oscar style" and it was amazing!!!!!

We topped it off with Ghiardelli

More pics to come if they ever finish uploading! We are headed to MK to FINALLY ride SDMT and do our BOG lunch FP.

That stinks about 7DMT. Hopefully it will be back up again soon. It's disappointing to read about how many times it's been down already since it opened last week. We'll be experiencing it for the first time this Friday.

The coaster is very mild, like a Goofy's Barnstormer speed. Inside the mine was neat. I'm ready to ride again!

I've been checking June 3rd at YC for months! Finally it popped up this morning. Actually all 3 views came up, totally crazy. They must have been holding some for a convention or wedding to suddenly have so much availability.

AKL was fine, I will eventually post a long report about our stay and my opinions. We are just very excited to get back home to the YC!

I'm sure they have a lot of kinks to work out. I wasn't overly impressed with the ride itself. I was expecting more swinging side to side and a bit more speed. It's very mild, definitely fine for little kids.

In all the excitement of entering SDMT I dropped my camera and broke it.
So we are heading to find a Best Buy. Luckily we already had a rental car reserved to pickup today at the Dolphin. Wish me luck!!!!

While everyone is showering I thought this would be a good time to give my AKL report.

I think AKL is a beautiful resort. It's the perfect place if you're looking to slow down, relax, and enjoy the animals. I am impressed with the club lounge, and the food and drink offerings. We have really enjoyed watching the animals from our balcony, and we've taken tons of pics. This resort is great for families and also for adult travelers. The down side is I don't feel it's a good fit for people who might be park commandos, or folks trying to cram in a lot of park time. This is due to the slower pace of things, the longer bus rides, and the long walks from the rooms. It takes about 4 or 5 minutes just to get from our room to the central part of the resort. This is a lot different than most other club levels where you can more easily access snacks and drinks. You lose the feeling of a club "level" because the rooms aren't on the same floor and they're mixed with other non-CL guests. This is not a make or break fact, but it is something to take into consideration.

All in all I would stay here again, but I think 3 days tops. Once you've seen the animals, enjoyed the cuisine and culture, you might feel ready to move onto another resort where you can be more in the middle of the action. That's the reason we always love the Epcot resorts, it's great to be so close things.

I totally agree, Erika, about staying at the Epcot resorts. It's so close to things and being between 2 parks is just awesome! That's why we're hooked on the Epcot resorts.
