The movie in Canada

Curiosity (and a poor memory) have gotten the better of me. My recollection is that the movie in Canada does NOT show Niagara Falls. My friend claims it does.
Can anyone help? It's been a long time since I saw the movie, but I recall coming out and wondering how they could possibly have filmed that and left out Niagara.

I'm pretty sure Niagara Falls is not included. I've been to the show dozens of times and don't remember seeing it. Hard to believe, I know!

Now that you mention it, I don't recall seeing Niagara Falls in the Canadian movie either. hhhmmm.....

I am almost certain it does not show Niagara Falls. I lived in Michigan and traveled in Canada a lot and looked for familiar places in the film. Niagara would have been something I remembered.

I am 99% sure they did show Niagara Falls. I'm hoping I remember this right but I think they move from coast to coast with the scenery and Niagara Falls is shown during Ontario's few minutes with the parliament buildings, Toronto's CN Tower, now I'm remembering! Yes! The Maid of the Mist is shown during the movie! 100% sure now!

I seem to remember actually mentally noting that it was not included - I remember because it struck me as very odd, but I figured it was because it is part Canadian part US...

i thought it did. i also thought i remembered seeing "maid in the mist."

I didn't remember seeing it either. Love the music to the movie though!! Canada....my canada......

If it's truly not shown, you may be right about why.
But now I'm wondering if Niagara was shown in the US movie (the one that used to be shown where the Timekeeper is/was in TomorrowLand). And if it was,was it just the US portion????
Anybody help with that

I think it was.
What a movie about Canada without the Falls is a movie about the States without the Grand Canyon.

This just reminds me how long it's been since we saw the Canada film!! We'll have to try for it this next trip!!

If you still don't get an answer one way or the other I'll phone my son's girlfriend who is a Canadian CM who often starts and ends the movie. She's bound to know she's seen it 1000's of times!

Hi - I remember people in raincoats on the maid of the mist with the falls in the background - but I don't remember the "traditional" over head shot of the whole falls....

Well one more I think it is in the movie. I would almost swear that it is in there and shows the Maid of the Mist as well in the scene. In fact I think the sound has the falls noise in the background at that point.

Debate Board I am way too scared for that LOL ! Mind you the Canadian CM was sure that Niagara was missing. I am going to check it out in Aug personally. It is intriguing me.
