The Mother/Daughter Polynesian Surprise **NEW 5/1 I'm back!

Okay, I lied. One more update :goodvibes

Just checked in for my flight. I was able to move my seat closer to the front :woohoo: AND to top things off, I'm in a seat with the biggest seat pitch in Economy class.

Okay I'm going back to bed.

:yay::yay::yay:I can't believe it's here already!!! go, go, go!!!! :yay::yay::yay:

I would ask when I got to the airport, but I don't want to wait in the hefty check-in line. Boy, I sound like a picky princess don't I? princess: :rotfl2:

Nope, you just sound like someone who wants things the way she wants them - nothin wrong with that!

So, by now you must be in full packing mode. I don't expect we'll hear from you again until you get back, so have a great trip, enjoy your time with your sister, and tell us all about it when you get home!

Bon Voyage!:cool1:

Then the adrenaline kicked in on Wednesday. I had 3 days to pack. You may think that's loads of time (for those men out there who pack in a day) but for us ladies who pack for every possible scenario that MIGHT happen; it's a bit more tedious.

Yep. I think that's loads of time. :) :flower3:

I can check in for my flight tomorrow morning. I plan on waking up at 6am (yes, I'm that obsessive) to do web check-in. Reason being is that I'm going to try to change my seat. I'm sitting right about in the middle of the plane, which was the only seats available to choose when I booked. Now, when I go to check seat availability, it shoes a bunch of seats available closer to the front. Not that it's a big deal, but if I can get off the plane that much faster, yours truly will be a happy camper :upsidedow So I'm hoping that if I do web check-in early enough, I'll be able to grab one of those seats closer to the front. I would ask when I got to the airport, but I don't want to wait in the hefty check-in line. Boy, I sound like a picky princess don't I? princess: :rotfl2:

I hate waiting for people to get off the plane! I thought I was the only one who tried to get seats close to the front for this reason. Back in the day when we used to have a travel group getting our plane tickets and reservations made for business trips, my travel profile had "close to the front" in the Seat Preferences section. So, I am soo with you on that....and nobody better go calling me a picky princess.

Expect a full report when I get back :beach:

Oh I do. popcorn::

When I was growing up, seat pitch was something you got from climbing pine trees. What is this to which you refer? The amount your chair reclines? Sounds like you are giving me a whole new thing to plan!

Oh, and have a fantastic trip! And say "hi" to Bubba for us.

It's a slow day at work so I'm taking this opportunity to reply to your comments :goodvibes

Of course you do

Woooooot :woohoo: We can be picky princesses together *high five*

:lmao: It's the size of the space between your seat and the seat in front of you, or more simply, your legroom! Typically, economy class has 32"-33" seat pitch. On this particular plane, my seat falls into a 35" pitch which isn't far off from what first class gets.

Oh, and have a fantastic trip! And say "hi" to Bubba for us.

I'll be sure to do that, Thanks! :goodvibes

Amen to that sista!

Surprise! I did get an opportunity at work today so here's my response. Thanks for the well wishes. Can't wait to tell you all about it when I get back.

I know! Time flies...especially when you're having fun. These next few days are going to fly by :(

One Day!!! Have fun!!!

Have a great time!

THANK YOU! :cutie:

Thinking of you and Bubba! Hope you're having a great time! BTW... Did I tell you we have a cat who we call Bubba? His real name is Mr. Fur, but we call him Bubba.

How's the weather?

I see from your schedule that tomorrow will be your DHS day. I probably won't be able to get on here in the morning, when you'll be on Toy Story Mania :3dglasses, so I'll have to put the wamma-jamma on you now.

Welcome home!

Hope you had a great trip, and you're not in too much of a Post-Disney Depression.

Waiting to hear all about it. popcorn::

Glenn's not being competitive or anything...

Well, if I must confess, in order to prevent, ummm..... embarrassing pictures with unsightly arm flab, I"ve actually been doing weights too. So you'll be in for a run for your money. Too bad my trip will be BEFORE our meet (hope that happens) or I'd put a drink where my mouth is.

:rotfl2: You and your arm flab! Gimme a break...I didn't notice any in the pictures you posted.

My score wasn't good enough to do much crowing about, but some friendly taunting with you and jenbear is fun.

Too bad my trip will be BEFORE our meet (hope that happens) or I'd put a drink where my mouth is.

I think you meant to type "Too bad my trip isn't before..." Anyway, you could do the wise thing and just concede and buy me that drink anyway. One $13.00 lapu lapu please. :rotfl:

Hey there folks! I'm back from a wonderful trip. It was definitely the end of an era as this was the last trip Bubba was a cast member. :sad1: There were quite a few tears.... I have LOTS to share with you but today I've been very busy unpacking, doing laundry, uploading photos, etc. I'm hoping to start up my TR tomorrow so keep an eye out for the link. I'll post it here when it's ready. Stay tuned :goodvibes
