... and we have decided NOT to get a new one! Holy moly....
Is anyone else's household microwave-free? With all of the talk about microwaves causing cancer, depleting nutritional value of food, and just being overall not good for our health, we have decided that not replacing our microwave will be difficult at first from a convenience factor, but in the long run will be better.
Now this is not to say that we won't occasionally use a microwave somewhere else- friends houses, work, DVC hotel rooms, etc.... but for our everyday goings on, we'll be sticking to the toaster oven, regular oven, and stove.
Anyone microwave-free that can offer some advice on the transition? I better wash out my tea kettle!!
