Mark - Hear you are gonna try this playground thing. Best of Luck. We now have 11 hours logged. 2 Days and counting. Mel might be back from her May trip before this thing gets done. My brother, father and 2 neighbors are out there now. I am trying to hide. It is more than a little crazy. I will post pics when it is all done. Then you can all laugh at the fact that it is a plastic little tykes that only had to be snapped together.

So why did everyone leave? I actually don't like change...I can't handle more than one place to get my coffee at a time...I'm not sure why we're calling it a coffee shop...I'm too tired to look back and read like 20 pages to find out why we left...I kinda like the DIS, sometimes, and well, I'm just tired for some reason...Can someone please fill me in? Why did we have to move? Are we moved for good? Do I have to keep going to both? I wish I had known we were moving, I joined the other coffee shop the other day to read DELSWIFE new TR and I used a stupid user name for some reason...now I don't want to be her.

Okay, anybody been to DW during (gasp) Spring Break?

DH is getting a wild hair. Are we crazy?

We're going the weekend of April 9. YIKES..touringplans has that weekend at a 9 (yes, NINE), but we're goin' anyway. We usually have good luck even on the busiest days cuz we know the parks really well and we work that fastpass...maybe we'll use it for Maelstrom this time!!

Just wanted to say "Hi!"....now that I've FINALLY finished reading each and every post!!! You folks are amazing--all of you--the WHOLE lot of you!

I usually hang out over at the restaurant/dining board, drooling over the food picture thread. When things get boring over there, I read the TRs. I have to say that one of my favorite rides is Maelstrom. I even like to watch the movie--at least once each trip. But, I have to say that the best thing about riding Maelstrom is getting a treat at Kringla Bakeri after! I'm over the fifty hill, 51 to be exact. I definitely remember when Elvis died and when Star Wars was released. I love your humor and respect all of your professions--nurses, students, lawyers, preachers, preachers' wives, students, moms--especially those moms that home school their kids.

All of you, I marvel at your TR writing skills. I laughed when I read "photoshopping skills", ZZub....."you know girls only want boyfriends with great skills!" tee hee That T-shirt design is awesome, javamom. You definitely have GREAT skills. Mel, thanks for keeping the merriment alive and well--you bring fun and excitement to a otherwise hum drum day. Mark, your sermons are inspiring. And to EVERYBODY:

Peace to ALL of you and your families and may you have many more wonderful Disney trips in your future. We're going back in a few weeks and I can hardly wait to ride Maelstrom (with a fastpass of course) and El Rio Del Tiempo (love those fireworks). I visited the coffee shop as soon as I found my way there by way of a bad shoe and some awesome tr's by del's spouse.

Carrabba's is an Italian restaurant chain. And for a chain, it's pretty darn good. It's our favorite non-Disney place to eat! (Costs about the same, though!!)

Melly Mel Mel- Gald to see ya over on this side of the coffee shop. I heard ya callin me. I just couldn't get in the door. Sorry about the shopping with the MIL thing. I feel your pain.

GeorgiaA- Yeah, the kids are out week after next and we are seeing what we can pull together at the last minute. But I think all the onsite rooms are booked for that time period. Yikes. So it will probably be offsite if we decide to take the plunge. Double yikes. I don't know, we're still nailing it down. Basically he has said we are going somewhere good that week. It's either Gatlinburg or Orlando. Personally, I vote for the latter.

BTW, on a more somber note, DH is at another officers' funeral as we speak. The guy was a a third generation police officer and his dad is the sheriff. It was a freak trafffic accident. He was on his way to the hospital to see his new niece and ran into the back of a car. He was thrown from his motorcycle into the path of an oncoming 10 wheeled truck. He was only 26. So, so sad. Friends of ours went to the wake last night and it took them five hours to get into the room to pay their respects.

Just goes to show you never know what may happen around the corner.

Good morning all!!!! At least for a little while yet

Sorry Mel.--I gotta admit I really love bananaman. Haven't actually had time for more than one cup of coffee today. These pesky patients expect me to give them pain meds and antibiotics instead of hanging out online. Well, everyone's behaving for a couple minutes. Gotta love pretending to computer chart.

Only 70 days til we visit the mouse. My kids have stickers on their calendars marking every 10th day and they are supposed to do something Disney-ish today. I can't wait to see what they come up with. They like to hide "hidden Mickey's" around the house and make me look for them. Then I get to pick up all the extra scraps of paper that fell all over while they were making them.

That coffee shop is one hopping establishment. Lots of different coffee to try, maybe this weekend I will check out all their different flavors.

UPDATE: The swingset is up. It is now officially beer time at my house.

I gotta find the digital and charge the batteries and take a picture and download it and upload it and figure out how to post it. By then it will be next week.

Mommy, I'm with ya.

I've gotten used to the coffee here. I know what to expect. The coffee over there's a little hotter than I'm used to. Not to say I don't like it. Cuz I do. It's just got a different taste. Not different bad. Just different.


I think I'll go get a cup from there every now and then but keep gettin' my coffee here mostly.

Besides,

I'm gettin'....carpal.....tunnel and I cannot lie. Can't keep up at this pace.
