Well, the irony is that I met mine on a divorce chat thread. We were both going through divorces, and chatted about that.......then kept in touch through dating and so forth after the divorce....then we were both unattached at the same time and decided to meet....Married a year and a half later......Ain't that sweet?

Actually, it is! What was it like meeting him for the first time. I know you said you were nervous...but what was it like once you were doing it? Did you hear bells and whistles or did it build up slowly?

One of my closest friends switched teams after a terrible break up w/ her baby daddy....same BS, for different reasons though.. Still aint easy though

Oh no......bells and whistles definitely. Paige is right.....if the person is honest with you online......which doesn't always happen.....I dated one of those too.....the connection is so strong the person could be the elephant man and it wouldn't matter....when all you have is an emotional connection, it is very strong. We still communicate tons better over the phone or the internet than we do in person. It is more comfortable for us. Weird huh?

Probably. I work in a heavy female profession...........there are SOME fights, let me tell ya.

I have a pair of coworkers that get into it often. I usually will stick a chair between them and sit in it. That seems to keep them civil.............. They yell over my head and each turns to direct comments to me........but they don't stab fingers and call names if I'm sitting there (and they will if I'm not).

'Course, they'd never have married, I wouldn't think...........
