No she doesn't have a Dr. in her new town. She's giving it another week and then she'll decide. She doesn't want to get her hopes up. Mine are though. I so hope she is. If she isn't she sure has one heck of a stomach bug.

Okay, just got back. Nurse called and my DD got sick at school. I thought she wasn't 100% this morning, but she wanted to go to school so bad and she looked good.

She's definately not feeling good because she went right to bed!!

Of course her younger sister is banging away at the walls down the hall. Why can't they be quiet when the other one is sick?

Didn't you see it...it's right there in the sibling code of conduct...when the other is sick you must make as much noise as humanly possible!!

BTW: I've started a trip report thread. Its probably going to take a while as I want it to be detailed, but there it is! I'l posts pics and all that jazz as well. I have a special mad chatter pic too!

Mindy, I had the honor of the first reply on your trip report thread!! I cannot wait to hear more. You have a writing style which really engages the reader. Even if that report were not written by somebody I "knew" it would still suck me in! Great start!! NOW GET MORE DONE!!! I am really enjoying it!!

Also, I cannot wait to see the Mad Chatter pic! Post it here as well!! AND...come back and visit too............

Well, I'm tired, so I think I'll take a shower and go to bed. I've read the first 3 pages of the community board and replied to those I wanted to...............

Today was a long day. My cold is getting better. My foot is not, but my knee was good this am. All day on my foot...........I decided to wear my crocs despite policy against, no one said anything.

Started my after school programs today, I teach two sessions beginning at 3:45 and lasting until 5:45, then we had a PTA meeting and spaghetti dinner at 6. I left school at 7:30, got home, talked to Lucas about school and Disney World (a favorite topic of his), listened to Nick read a poem he wrote, and then put them both to bed.

Poor little Lucas is not happy today about school. I hope it's just today. He wants his "old" teacher back.........the one that was there subbing while they looked for somebody. He doesn't like having to go to certain centers vs. ones he wants to go to......he mentioned legos and blocks, and he has never liked those. They are supposed to be doing High/Scope curriculum, and that is child-led. He is supposed to make his own plan and carry it out, then reflect on it. I thought, once she started his homework and journaling that I should ask if she was still doing High/Scope (this center is noted for it), but decided to let it go, but now I wonder..............that is one of the main reasons I put him in this center.

We are now done packing!! My bathrooms are spotless (surely this good thing cannot last until we leave...I live with four boys (even if one of them is dh). I still cannot find those glow necklaces I hid when I bought them after the 4th at 80% off. Still, I might go and buy a few more at full price. Full price in KY is just about 80% off at WDW.

Do you have a Dollar Tree where you are? If so, check there in the kids party section, they always have them. Ususally their packages have 2-4 necklaces or bracelets in them. I am certain that they would have glow stickes too.
