Has the cat got everyone's tongue? NO chatting for 5 days??? :confused3

Maybe you just all left and didn't want to tell me.....

I figured as much. There is no way you could go 5 days without saying SOME THING! :rotfl:

wow, what a quiet group we have become!

Well, in the past week, Meagan turned 11 and got strep throat for her birthday, so we have been out with that, then we had her party (thankfully got her healthy in time for it) and also went to the HSM on ice tour. That's been my excitement of the past week...

Kristi, Glad to hear that Meagan is feeling better.

I went back to work on the 2nd after my New Year's Eve surgery. DH and I have been babysitting both our grandchildren for the past month. DDIL is on bedrest for the duration of her pregnancy (thankfully she's scheduled for a C-section on the 25th, only 9 more days to go). This is one good thing about DH being laid off. It solved the problem of who would watch the babies.

I really do love having the babies staying with us, they're adorable and very good, but - boy, are they are work! Carlee is almost 2.5, and learning to use the big girl potty, and Ben just turned 1 on Feb. 28th! Do the math...they will have 3 kids, and the oldest will be 2.5! After working all day and then coming home and tending to their needs, I'm just exhausted! There is definitely a reason why we have children when we are young!

Wow, you are busy! You are probably coming online to relax, with two little ones at the house. I had my 2 kids about 2.5 years apart, deliberately, but I can't imagine having 3! :scared1:
I'm sure they are adorable, they are so sweet at that age, but MAN that's a lot of work!

sorry, its been a little busy trying to get caught up here at work...

My dh is seeing a surgeon at the moment, he has a ganglion cyst in his finger, and his regular doc says they will have to cut it out...

OMY!!!! Hope all goes well with that.

thanks, they didn't do the "procedure" in the office, they said he has to go to the hospital as outpatient surgery cause it is sitting in a spot where it has arteries running on both sides and a major nerve bundle directly below it. He goes in this wednesday morning for it.
