It's just one day...I have to let go of trying to control everything and make it perfect.

Hopefully. The place my Dh works is making them all work overtime the week on Christmas and it looks like it will mess our trip up ...his family is still coming here so I will still have to visit them and maybe no beach

T, you have seen my Thread about the Bride...well the bride is now calling my son basically HARASSING him into going...

He is all tense and calling me......ahhhhhhh

Well its his mom, dad and little sister and they are not staying here. NO WAY!!!!I know that sounds mean but we don't have room and I need somewhere to get away from them. They are staying with a friend they have here for a couple of nights before they head to the beach....Hopefully we will be able to go the beach too but who knows now. Oh well.

YA, she I'M's him tonight in CT and she said they have picked a date (which is 7 days BEFORE he graduates) and wants him to be there....
He every so nicely said he has finals and will have graduation and said to her to send him all the info, air fare/hotel etc...

He said he told her he cannnnnotttt commit to anything.

I hear you loud and clear...I love my family but when they come here they come a distance and they do stay here but I have to have a long talk with MYSELF because I just have moments when they get out of control and I get myself into a countdown mode...Kar, I say to myself, another 10 hours or one more day...hang in there you can do it.

Tomorrow I have an MD appt to get some "anxiety" meds for the trip...to take the edge off...maybe I will LOVE these and take them when family decides to come for any length of time...........

My mom always tries to give me some of hers before my in-laws get here. As long as I don't have them in my house ( and we stay in a hotel when we visit them ) then I can make it.
