Well today we got up early and headed over to Islands of Adventure. We went to Seuss landing first.
Big Mistake. The little ones loved it. We spent 3 hours there. Yes I said 3 hours. We rode the rides over and over. Nick and Em especially liked the train ride (Circus Mikgurkus (sp?) We rode it I believe a record number of times. We finally broke for lunch at guess where? Circus Mikgurkus!!!! We had to eat at the place where the train comes through the building. They had really good fried Chicken. And ofcourse Nick had to have pizza. You would think that kid would be sick and tired of pizza by now.
When we were done we headed outside and ran right into the Grinch.
The Grinch was a trip. He hung with us for awhile. He signed the autograph books and posed for lots of pictures and tormented my kids. I LOVE THE GRINCH. When we were finally done we went in the store behind where he was signing autographs and he came in after us. He pushed me out of the way at took the two little ones in the stroller and ran away with them. Running into walls throwing clothes on them. I was laughing so hard. The CM said he just stole your kids. I said quick he forgot one. She was laughing. The CM kept trying to get the Grinch to go back outside but he kept tormenting my kids. They were having a blast. He finally went back outside and The Cat and the Hat was there. We got his autograph and got pictures. He was funny too. He kept messing my hair up. I had it back in a bun and had to redo it when we left. Very good sense of humors on the characters parts.
We also seen these 2 characters. I know one is Sam I am and not sure who the other one was.
We did so much in Seuss Landing we finally left and headed out to find Spiderman. (Nick's favorite guy in the whole wide world.) We stopped in all the lands and a couple hours later we stopped in the Comic Strip Cafe to eat again. (We had the all you can eat dinner plan you bet we were eating lots)
I had Chinese and kids had mac & Cheese and ofcourse Nick had pizza again.
The Sweet and Sour chicken was great. I plan to go back there tomorrow to get more. We finished lunch and headed out again still looking for Spiderman.
Went into a store and there he was. Nick went crazy. We took lots of pics. Nick is very quiet but he wasn't with Spiderman. He talked his ear off.
Well it was getting very hot so we headed back to the hotel for a swim. But first I saw a stand calling out my name.
Ok much better I can make it through the afternoon now. Strawberry Margarita's are my favorite. I also had a Mango one. Wasn't as good. But still drinkable.
This was the zero depth entry pool. My kids had a blast. We were there 3 hours. Em never did take a nap today. And that is very unusual for her. We used the water taxi to get to and from the parks from the hotel. This was a picture of the water area where we boarded the boat.
Well that was it for today. We are going to do our favorites again at the parks tomorrow and then its off to the Nick hotel.

I'm so glad you & Jess had a chance to spend some time together. 
That's cool about a trip to DL next, depending on when you all want to go we'd like to come too!
